It's got great power that makes blending up cake mixes ,cupcakes , milk , and my homemade bread ingredients with ease . It's comfortable in my hand and easy to operate. It's also easy to clean . I have been hand mixing my baking products for years and with carpal tunnel affecting me I can no longer do the simple task like making my homemade mashed potatoes. I can't stir them without being in pain for hours. This makes. The job easier and a whole lot quicker . My teenager also has no problem using it . I like the compact size of it . It takes up little room in my island cabinet .

We bake a lot and this is perfect. No more lumps in cake or pancake batter. It mixes up cookie dough evenly with ease. The mixer is lightweight and easy to hold the entire time you are using it. I also like that removing the beaters is fast and you just press a button to release them. The mixer isn't overly loud either which I was surprised by. I've always preferred a hand mixer over a large one that takes up counter space. Overall I love how well this works and highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very dependable mixer. I have a Kitchenaid 5 speed hand mixer for 7 years and it still works just like new! The variation of speeds is great for baking different things. I typically mix my cake batter on 1 or 2, and I typically cream butter and sugar on 2 or 3. The higher speeds are especially great for whipped cream or meringue. The Turbo Beater mixing attachments are easy to clean and aren’t too wide, so you don’t have to worry about too much sticking to them. This is also a great value, for the price it is a great investment because it lasts a long time and works exactly as it should! It isn’t too loud when it’s mixing. It is also lightweight, which is great for me because I wouldn’t be able to use a mixer that’s too heavy because my hands get sore! I also like that you can lock the cord out of the way, and you don’t have to worry about putting it away because the cord doesn’t get bent! I would recommend this product!

Additionally the interface to change the speeds is easy to use and very intuitive which is wonderful for times where you may want to start the mixing slow but then speed it up after the ingredients have begun to be incorporated with one and other. The mixer also came with a lot of attachments out of the box, the beaters are great for batters and frostings. However I was pleasantly surprised to see a pair of dough hooks and a whisk. Well built looks like this will last a long time. This thing is also really powerful with the 9 speeds and it just keeps working.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love to cook, and I bake a lot. I'm a long time fan of KitchenAid products because of their quality and performance. This hand mixer is no exception. Powerful but quiet. A low speed that actually IS low speed makes for no mess operation. So many hand mixers I've used before inevitably splatter ingredients everywhere, because the lowest speed is far from low. KitchenAid has figured it out. Theaters are uniquely shaped and are easy to clean. Pictures attached include a bar cookie that has a very stiff batter. It has led to the demise of many hand mixers. The KitchenAid handled it with ease.
