    Kitchen Aid Hand Mixer

    Reviewed by - January 9, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a gift for myself and I love it! My daughter can’t keep her hands off of it either. We have a small stand mixer, but it’s not a Kitchen Aid so this lil one’s a keeper.

    LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I love, love, love this new hand mixer. I have the large KitchenAid but now if it's just a small job I reach for the hand mixer. It does a great job. With little or no clean up and because I have movement issues this is great. I highly recommend this hand mixer to anyone wanting something that is lite and easy to use.

    Not Impressed

    Reviewed by - December 14, 2020

I've had this mixer about eight months. I was disappointed with the lack of power. Now about a month ago one of the beaters broke. The wire beater part is just pushed inside holes on the stem. Not soldered or permanently attached in any way. I've been able to push them back in the holes just long enough to get a quick whip on some mashed potatoes, but otherwise, my baking days are on hold. Today I called the customer service number and the automated voice told me they can't help me right now and hung up. What? Hope my KA dishwasher I'm getting this week fares better. Otherwise, I will not be ordering more from this company.

    Such a nice mixer.

Reviewed by Kuya Michael - January 26, 2026

The mixer looks and feels delicate upon first opening the box. Its beaters are not those formidable ones of the past they are a lot thinner. Its weight surprised me it is considerably lighter than your grandmothers. But none of this of a single worry. The KitchenAid Ultra power is a powerhouse. Its handles mixing cold ground beef for hamburgers with ease. Whipping eggs whites and whipping cream to stable stiff peaks in as if it was half the time of other mixers. The color I chose was the Ice blue and it is rather visually appealing . I am very pleased with this mixer quite glad its price was as appealing as its color.

    The best in its class

    Reviewed by - February 6, 2023

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third KitchenAid hand mixer. I gave my first to my mother-in-law (it’s about 12 years old and works great), and my second one had an unfortunate accident (RIP). This mixer has great power, and is easy enough to handle that even my supervised three-year-old can hold it. I use mine at least once a week, and it never seems to wear out. I have a smaller stand mixer, so I often use the handheld for bigger batches that need a bigger bowl. My only complaint is that flour can easily get into the vents when certain “helpers” are being a little too vigorous (hence the unfortunate accident mentioned above).

    Low power

    Reviewed by - January 2, 2021

I decided to replace a Hamilton Beach hand mixer with this one, assuming it would be the same high quality as the rest of the Kitchenaid products I own. I'm giving it two stars, instead of zero, because the attachments are sturdy when inserted, and it turns on. Beyond that, it really isn't a great product. For much beyond whipping cream, the unit does not have enough power to work against any resistance. For example, I made banana bread yesterday (which is typically a thinner batter) and they would barely turn, even on the highest setting. This is the first Kitchenaid appliance I would not recommend.

BROKE within a month and customer service sucks

    Reviewed by - June 29, 2020

The power switch broke within a month of use and customer service said they would send a replacement. I thought, "Well that was easy". Now about a month later, I contact them to ask where it is since the tracking number provided isnt working. They said now that its BACKORDERED but the rep I spoke to said no such thing. After telling the rep, " Well no one told me that and its inconvenient from me" , the rep replied " Sorry , Youre welcome. Thank you and have a great day." This isnt helpful! Its rude to disconnect before solving the problem at hand! Get your house in order KITCHENAID

    Great efficiency

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) 5 speed, very good, whips the egg whites and whipping cream to the peaks. Only wish, it comes with a case and more attachments, although those 2 little whips do the job just fine. Also great for a cappuccino foam.

    Stocking Stuffer for my Daughter

    Verified BuyerReviewed by - February 2, 2019

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter had to borrow our hand mixer for Thanksgiving, either she couldn't find hers, or it quit working. BB had a sale on the Kitchen Aid so I thought that it would be a good Stocking Stuffer gift that she would be able to get some use from. She loves it. She generally uses her big counter top mixer, but there are times when all you need is a small, easy to use and clean appliance and this fits the bill. I did choose the better, more expensive version. It had a few more bells and whistles and I felt that it would last longer and preform better than the cheaper one.

    Pretty but heavy

    Reviewed by - October 3, 2018

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a bit heavy and it seems like the cookie dough I was mixing needed mixed longer because the beaters weren't doing a good job... they are too wide spaced.
