Small, light. Bulletproof!
- August 19, 2016Small - light - as is usual with all the old Lenovo keyboards, totally bulletproof. I HAD to get one before they stopped including their pointing stick, which it seems, they are slowly phasing out. At least this way, I'll always have my pointing stick! So now i use a big (Lenovo, of course) - 19" monitor, cause it was the lightest one I could find, with a pc desktop. so I could build my own "laptop" platform I could sit on my lap. It's still a work in progress, but I already like it. As usual, the little arrow has already started moving around on it's own like they all do, but it's the small price you pay - to have a pointing stick, & that's the ONLY reason i marked "good' - instead of "Excellent"

Warning, this product uses Micro-USB in 2020
- July 15, 2020Well made, works great, feels like my Thinkpad, disappointed with the micro USB connector. I wasn't expecting the cord to be removable, I guess its a handy feature? However, the fact that it's 2020 and they are still making products with the micro USB connector is disappointing. I have had two other micro USB connectors fail in the past, let's hope this one is more resilient. It should have been USB-C.

Yet Another Fine Product from Lenovo
- August 16, 2020[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this exact keyboard on my Lenovo P51 Laptop and absolutely enjoy using it. So when it was time to replace my Desktop keyboard I began searching for something similar. Low and Behold, Lenovo came to my rescue. I am actually using it to type this review. The Feel, The Smoothness and The Tracking Pin are all there. Thank You Lenovo for Another Fine Product

Tremendous Typing Apparatus
- September 29, 2019[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The most comfortable typing keyboard I have typed on. Has the right bounce and key travel. Will take some getting used to with the arrow keys though, I keep hitting page up/down keys accidentally. While I can't type as fast as I am used to like on a new macbook keyboard, this keyboard keeps me comfortable all day along. What a dream.

Keyboard lacks USB C and uses outdated micro usb
- July 11, 2022[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great keyboard but it uses micro USB to connect the cable to the keyboard. In 2022 it is unacceptable to be manufacturing products with micro USB. Lenovo needs to start manufacturing these with usb-c connection.

The keys are weirdly squishy, no Capslockight
- July 1, 2021[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The keys on the wired one are not like the ones on the BT keyboard, which has a really nice professional feel, as would be expected from a ThinkPad. The wired keyboard has really bad squishy keys, that are not a pleasure to type on. I hope Lenovo decides to make the keys on this keyboard similar to those on the BT version. Also, there is no light on the Capslock button. Since the keyboard works only when connected by the USB cable, why not have the light on Capslock? And the USB connector on the keyboard is not USB-C, it is the older type.... whaatttt!! Finally, weighs less then the BT version. It just gives the BT version a goodly feel.

Not a ThinkPad, broken middle button scroll
- February 8, 2021It's a decent keyboard, but not quite the ThinkPad replica I was hoping for. The keys felt stiffer than the ones on my ThinkPad T540p, and the Trackpoint was noticably less sensitive, even when plugged into my ThinkPad. The biggest issue for me was the middle button scroll support on macOS, though. The middle button always registered a middle click, even when scrolling, so I'd often accidentally middle click on links while scrolling in the browser. I couldn't even work around it with Karabiner Elements. If you don't use the middle click scrolling, this keyboard may be good enough, but it's not exactly the same as a real ThinkPad keyboard.

Please change to single-connection USB cable
- June 8, 2020[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have keyboard-related nerve injuries, so I require a small keyboard with minimal stroke distance and minimal feedback; very hard to find. I purchased one for home and work. My one complaint is that I had to buy this one, my 3rd, because of the terrible connection on the keyboard end of the USB cable. It loosens over time, so then it begins to fall out during the workday and recently my work one broke as someone who didn't know how bad it was pushed hard on the connection and broke it. It would be Very Much appreciated if you could make this hardwired to the USB connector, eliminating the small connector end on the keyboard itself. Thank you!
