Bought a few of these docks for the office. I tried to get the doc to work with my X1 Extreme laptop, but it disconnects and flickers every once in a while. I followed many support documents on how to upgrade the firmware and install the correct drivers, it does not flicker as often anymore, but once in every 30 minutes or so it would flicker and i'd have to resize all my desktop items and rearrange my windows. this dock works fine with my T490 laotop. and does not work with my T470S laptop. It also comes with a 135 watt charger which is not powerful enough for my laptop to quick charge.

I managed to get this working with 3 screens. One at 2k and 2x 1080p. I hooked them up using 2 HDMI and 1 display port (however this was just a DP to HDMI adapter) so all 3 screens are technically running hdmi. Works great, really fast.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have two ThinkVision P27u-10 displays connected to my P15 Gen 2 ThinkPad and the displays randomly go blank every 1-2 hours. Occasionally, the displays can completely glitch (static and/or wavy rendering) and I have to reboot my ThinkPad to get back to a working state. I had to move my Ethernet cable from the dock to the ThinkPad because it was very unstable. When sharing my desktop and demoing applications over Teams, the connection would drop randomly. Not a good experience! I like the idea of the dock but having to move my connections back to the laptop defeats the purpose. I hope this gets resolved by a firmware update sometime soon.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Works exactly as described, good size, and full of ports. I especially like the fact it has both HDMI and DP ports. It doesn't get very hot like some other docks have been reported to, and overall it has a very clean aesthetic. Connects without issue to my HP work laptop, my older MSI gaming laptop, and my new Lenovo Legion laptop without the need for any driver installs. It's not cheap, but if you need an excellent TB dock that gets the job done without fuss, this is the one to go with. My only gripe is that I wish the TB cable was at least another 6" longer, but c'est la vie.

I bought 2 of these units but was unable to get either of them working reliably. The notebook I was trying them with was a Lenovo X1 Extreme. The peripherals included 2 x 4K monitors connecting via the 2 display ports on the unit, an ethernet connection and a USB transmitter for mouse and keyboard. The unit connected and disconnected from the peripherals every few seconds. I contacted technical support but they didn't seem to have any specific training or access to a knowledge base any different to what I was already finding on the internet. I'm a software developer so have technical skills but using my own research online was still unable to come up with any solution. In the end I returned the notebook and the docking station.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Only had the dock for a couple of weeks. I have two external monitors attached. All working great, except the two external monitors keep going blank for 1 or 2 second periods. This happens sporadically and during usage of a 10 hour shift I estimate that the left monitor went blank about 15 times and the right monitor about 8 times. On 2 or 3 occasions, one or the other monitor goes all staticky (as if experiencing some sort of interference). These issues are not critical, but still annoying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like that it comes with a separate power supply that has more than enough power for my wife's laptop plus any devices that are plugged into it. Other docks use your existing laptop power supply but then you quickly find out that its not enough power for both and Windows starts complaining and slow charging your laptop or you have other devices start cutting out. So far thats not the case with this one. All working well for a change.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this thinking I would love it. I had a 2 screen setup with a keyboard and mouse to plug in. The screens never had an issue, but the mouse, keyboard and Ethernet cord would constantly lose connection. I tried switching out the gear I was using but still had the same problem. I tried switching to differ t ports as well. I bought it to increase my productivity, instead I lost a week of trying to get this thing to work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great! Allows me to run a HDMI and a DP monitor in addition to the display on my laptop with no issues. The only thing to be aware of is that this unit is fairly large. It's not an issue on the desktop, but when combined with the power supply, it's a bit bulky if you want to pack it with your laptop for travel. Otherwise, no complaints.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Terrible docking station. I had gone through 2 of these as Lenovo replaced the original dock as not one of the HDMI outputs worked. Same for the 2nd dock. Lenovo even admitted they are having issue with this dock working with Lenovo laptops. I switched to MUCH cheaper J5create dock and it works excellent compared to this. Avoid at all costs
