1. The board is a 1.6 fiberglass board with dimensions of 105 * 55mm and a chip hole spacing of 51mm. Widen the wiring of the output section and leave a high current tin wire!

1. This power amplifier board cannot be directly connected to a transformer. The output of the transformer should be connected to the power board first, and then connected to the power part of this board from the power board output. Be careful not to connect the positive and negative stages incorrectly!

2. This board uses DC power supply, and the smaller the impedance of the speaker, the larger the output current and heat generation.

3. During power on testing, the signal input terminal on the board should be connected to the load and not suspended, otherwise there will be induced noise. Shielded wires should be used for signal lines as much as possible.

This power amplifier board has the following characteristics:

1. Adopting double-sided wiring and carefully layout, the signal input part is far away from the output part. The grounding part adopts a single point grounding.

2. Adding a high pass circuit to the input section makes the operation of this board more stable!

3. The output part adopts RL circuit (inductor and resistor in parallel) to effectively protect the chip and prevent damage to the chip caused by the induced electromotive force of the horn during shutdown!
