I've been using this for several months now - firmware is up-to-date, latest versions of control software installed (although I find it confusing whether I should use LogiTune or Logitech's Camera Settings - I've used Camera Settings mostly). I'm on a Mac running Monterey. Consistently I find that the webcam doesn't autofocus correctly in video conferencing software (Zoom, Webex and Teams). I have to run Camera Settings in a separate window and adjust focus manually. It's a shame because when you get the focus right, it looks great. But for this price, there's a lot of faffing about that feels an expensive waste of my time. I would not buy this again.

While a bit pricey, this is the best webcam I've ever had. I highly recommend it without hesitation. The adjustable mounting clip is removable to expose a 1/4" thread for a tripod. The resolution outstanding: 4K Ultra HD video at 30 fps, HD 1080p at either 30 or 60 fps, and HD 720p at 30, 60 or 90 fps. Low lighting is never an issue as it auto-adjusts easily where other webcams fail miserably.

There's a large south-facing window in my office, and I have been through three webcams trying to find one that doesn't wash out facial highlights from the sunlight. Until now. Finally, a webcam that fits my business environment. I love the Logitune app, especially the zoom feature, though the image adjustment features are great too. I could use the camera in my new MacBook Pro, but I have it tied to a large monitor through a docking station. I'd prefer to use my monitor, especially given the high number of virtual meetings common today. Now I can, problem solved.

Great sound, clear picture with realistic color. The mounting clip adjusts to just about anything so that I can use a square shaped vase to hold it at a better height than the top of my big monitor. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I use this in my home office, which is often a little dark because I don't have a light in the ceiling, so it's usually just the monitor screen that is on and maybe some sunlight from the window. I come out perfectly bright, in fact sometimes I have to close the shutters completely because it can get too bright. Which is great, I think. Image quality doesn't look as great as marketed but it's pretty good. I have a HD 1080p logi cam at my work office and this one is only a little better. So is the extra cost worth it, maybe not. But the product itself works great.

I bought the cheaper Logitech C920 Pro thinking it would be good enough for my Zoom sales meetings, but it didn't adjust to the color of my face well and I looked a lot whiter than I am (which is already pretty white). I needed something that would adjust to lighting in a more intelligent way. This camera is expensive, but given that I'm on zoom all day long, I think it was a worthwhile investment and I'm happy with it. The 4k is nice to have, but I don't actually use that resolution since zoom only supports HD. I'd say the cam is worth it just for the lighting and autofocus adjustments. The cam is also a really nice quality. It's metal, versus the cheaper versions being plastic. I also like the small white light it shows when it's on. It's subtle.

Works great for streaming pinball, doesnt have a 1/4" screw to mount to a stand otherwise i would give 5 stars

This web cam was very much worth the price. Make sure you download the Logi Tune app and check out YouTube instructional videos on how to fine tune colors, aspect ratio, etc. The extra time spent learning the Logi Tune app is well worth it. You’ll be amazed at how nice you look on camera. Another great reason to purchase this web cam is the large number of business collab apps it is compatible with. Great purchase! I immediately took note of an increase in confidence while on business calls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a very good webcam so far. I am running it on a Dell XPS 15 under Windows 11. The problem is, I could not get it from Best Buy. I ordered it twice over the course of two and a half months. The team at the local Best Buy store were all great to work with and were not able to figure out why the orders were not being fulfilled. I really wanted to get it from Best Buy as they had a very good advertised price at the timer I first ordered it. Plus, I like having a local store where I can walk in and touch/test products, so I was trying to support my local business. But it was not to be as the system cancelled the second order after over a month of never shipping. I was able to get this webcam somewhere else and I can say it has great picture and sound, so I highly recommend it. I really hope the order fulfillment glitches can get resolved.

I felt like I was a LOT further back than another webcam I had and I had to download another program to update it to get myself a bit closer and to update the firmware. Should have been built in to offer that. The website said ok you are ok the system has you all set. A lot of money for what I thought would be better than my other webcam that works from 2002.
