Incredible quality

Just bought this a few weeks ago and have to say that it's absolutely stellar. Read a lot of reviews between this and the c920, and while they are both great I'm glad I got the C922 Pro because of that extra crisp clarity, better adjustment to dim light settings, and built in omni mic vs built in stereo mic. Highly highly recommend this cam.

This is to make up for the 1 star review

Hi. This is to make up for the 1 star review left by Bart. While it's unfortunate that you had a bad "experience", it had NOTHING to do with the C922 pro which is a stellar webcam. Cheers!

Wow.

I got this as my 2012 Macbook Pro camera isn't so good. As soon as I installed the C922, it was absolutely stunning! True 1080p quality, that is almost too good! A little too real! It's a great price and worth every penny. I definitely recommend this. It even includes a superbly well-built tripod.

Another amazing customer experience

I looked on this site to find if it was in stock at the Eaton Centre. It was. I went there. Suddenly it wasn't. Since I had taken a picture of the website, they acquiesced and looked it up. According to Best Buy's stock system, five were in stock. A very friendly sales person went to look for it while I was graciously allowed to sit down while waiting. When she came back, she said the item was in stock, but it was too much trouble to open the package. She offered me a "slightly" more expensive one instead (50%) and was disappointed I didn't want it. I left. These things happen. Nobody is perfect, but this sort of experience has become the norm, at least with me. What about providing some genuine customer service instead of "customer experience" or "customer care" or some such useless management/marketing terminology.
