Solid Joystick
- December 10, 2016[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] * Quality of components and assembly: The action of the stick is smooth. No flimsy play in the controls. The hat switch and trigger pull have a positive feel with close tolerances. * Comfortable handgrip: like the overall product, the design and machining of the grip is off high-quality, without any annoying seems or sharp ridges. * Smooth throttle control: this is a small detail, but compared with some of the other models out there, it's notable. * Stable base that allows you to either rest it firmly on a table or in your lap. * Subtle movements are reflected in the game. * Overall appearance - it looks as good as it performs.

great design bad internal parts
- August 20, 2011[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After buying my first Extreme 3-D Pro Joystick by Logiteck I went stright home hooked it up and started playing halo combat evolved first edition. It was alsome and the controler gave me perfect control over the game like never before, but the let down happened the day after the return policy ended. the top toggle smaller joystick on top when used to control movement forward of my player had to be pressed harder to get it to work and finaly stoped working all togeather. I assumed a possible defect, and replace the controler with a new one from bestbuy, again after 30 days or so , the mico presure switch for forward movement felled agian the same as it did before.

Fun to Use
- July 8, 2015[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't used joysticks since back when all they had was a stick and one orange firing button. It's as fun as I remember. This one does what it's supposed to and I was able to customize the controller buttons on the base in my game. I will say, however, that the grip and the base were bigger than I expected. It looks like most joysticks these days are about this size, but If my hand were any smaller, it would be difficult to be on both the thumb trigger and the pointer-finger trigger at the same time. It's fine for me but I don't know if a young kid would be able to use it. The base is big for good stability, but it would still be stable if it were a little smaller.

Joystick... With a Twist
- May 8, 2009[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Plenty of buttons, all well-placed and responsive. Wide base allows me to use it comfortably in my lap. The only thing I take issue with is that on the Specifications tab, the joystick is listed as being "universal" (that is, for use with either the left or right hand), but it's with one-hundred percent certainty designed only for a right-handed user, hence the low rating on Design (though I imagine for a righty it would be a fantastic design). There is no way to switch the grip, and the presence of all the "extra" buttons on the left (as well as a thumb-button on the left side of the stick itself) make it perfectly clear, though the website advertises it as being ambidextrous.

Great joystick
- May 14, 2023[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This be great joystick I'd recommend to anyone, as I've purchased it twice (first one lost due situation i couldn't predict, sad day). But I've hadn't any issues with any dirft problems, and the fact that it has alot of buttons i can choose to re-map in a game when able does make it able to have the one device and not have switch between keyboard and joystick. Downside is at times on where the buttons are placed or set at times give this learning curve or i had to test then re map as needed. 2nd being fact that that I usually have to program/re-map the keys so that it works properly. But it worth while!

No product and start up information for the user
- January 31, 2011[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No manual comes with the Extreme 3d Pro Joystick, unable to start or use this product. Spent hours on line with Logitech trying to get information on how to use this product. Tried to obtain from Logitect access to a operating manual with no success. Wasted a lot of time fooling around trying to register without sucess not having all the model numbers they require. Several complaints were also stated on the Logitect information web site for the lack of manuals for the Logitech Extreme 3d Pro Joysticks. This unpleasant expeierice would make anyone have to think twice before ever bying a Logitect product.

Defective product
- December 13, 2022[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Joystick trigger works intermittently. Pull the trigger during the game and it will start and then stop without releasing the trigger. I love the location of buttons and throttle. I purchased 2 on 11 6 2022 both are broken.purchased aThrustmaster it works fine but do not like the design of location or shape of buttons. Been using Logitech extreme 3D Pro for 9 years on world of warplanes so I know how it should work.

AWESOME Joy Stick
- March 18, 2017[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did some investigation before purchase and consulted with friends who were well versed in computer gaming. On line recommendations and their advise pointed me to this Joy Stick option. I am very pleased with the number of control buttons, hand comfort and reaction of the stick.

It's the go to for a reason
- October 2, 2020[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is basically the standard for casual gaming and flight sim. It's a no nonsense, just works, customizable button joystick. The only thing one might have a problem with is rudder control, but you can easily manage the sensitivity or when input is actually registered. It doesn't break the bank and will allow you to fly whatever you wanted to on your pc. I actually had the exact same model for years, and only purchased a new one due to having improperly stored the old one which damaged one of the axis. Glad to see they kept the quality good on these for over a decade.
