What customers are saying

The wireless gamepad offers a mixed experience. Many users found it comfortable, compatible, and with good battery life, but a significant number reported frequent disconnections, unresponsive buttons, and compatibility problems, especially with newer systems. Some also felt the controller was bulky and prone to breaking down over time. The overall reliability and longevity of the product seem inconsistent, making it a risky purchase for some customers.

    Don't ever buy this product

    Reviewed by K - November 11, 2016

Honestly the worst gamepad out there. I'd rather use an xbox controller rip off than this garbage. Pros -none Cons -The wireless receiver is so bad that it needs to be on your lap to have good signal. If it's about 10 inches away from the controller the signal goes on and off. -Right trigger broke after 2 months of use. Both left and right triggers are very hard to push, then it loosens up after a few weeks. -The controller is fat and heavy. In conclusion, just buy something else. Signal is very bad that you cant use it unless you use the adapter and stick it on the controller. DONT even pick this up even if its on sale.

    THE BEST CONTROLLER EVER!

Reviewed by Johnny Sins - July 3, 2023

This controller may not be able to operate in a submersible properly, but it will definitely fit your basic gaming needs! I 10/10 recommend this for anyone who needs a controller for their pc set up and who doesn't want to spend an arm and a leg..... I however would not recommend to big companies such as OceanGate because of past experiences regarding historic events..... But overall a great controller for a starter!

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

    Most uncomfortable controller on earth

    Reviewed by Ice69 - July 17, 2012

This is the most uncomfortable controller I have ever used in my entire life for the wireless feature you sacrifice comfort and use because of were they stored the batteries under neath the controller I also read other persons review and for those that do not know how to use a controller or Microsoft Windows this controller puts its self to sleep very fast to conserve batterie power you push the button in the middle of the controller that says logitech in order to wake it up instantly for use also there is a switch on the controller switch it from X to D if its not working with some certain games this increases compatibility for some games

    Wireless connection issues

    Reviewed by James N - April 22, 2017

This controller, when/if it works is great. The major issue with this controller is that it has constant wireless connection issues, usually caused by other wireless signals. I have exchanged this controller thinking that it was my particular one that was having issues. Same problems. Years after, in my naiveté thinking that since this controller was still being sold, that these issues would have been resolved, I bought another one. Same problems. Please do yourself a favour and save your money. Buy the wired version of this controller, or just grab an XBox controller. This controller is a colossal waste of money

    pretty decent

    Reviewed by The space-based walrus - July 4, 2015

other people say its uncomfortable to hold, but I find it very comfortable (though I have large rather strong hands so that may change my opinion) It was confusing for me to begin with, then I did a google search and put it in x-mode and it worked fine with pretty much everything (win 8.1) the range is good as long as it has a line of sight BUT... after about two years, It just decided to stop every few minutes until I took out the batteries and put them in again, or restarted the computer. I have no idea what the problem is, but I think I'd recommend the wired one over this (if its as quality as this one)

    Very bulky

    Reviewed by Sean S. - March 19, 2015

I bought this controller thinking it was going to be just a wireless version of the traditional gamepad, but I was wrong. It's very bulky and not comfortable for long period gaming. You have to make sure there is almost a direct line of sight or else it wont work properly or lags. Still keeping it though as a desperate backup controller (something to play games with for 30mins or so while another controller charges). The trigger buttons don't feel that great at all. I did like the vibration feature but that is pretty much it.

    Possibly the worst wireless gamepad

    Reviewed by Sharbil S - June 28, 2016

I purchased this gamepad from BestBuy 2 years ago when it was on sale. Logitech did not update the drivers further, means if you have a Windows 8/8.1/10, do NOT get this wireless gamepad. There are no drivers for operating systems newer than Windows 7. The gamepad still works with Microsoft Xbox' drivers, however, you'll keep suffering because it always loses the connection and sometimes disconnects while in usage. Another bad part is when you try to connect it. The light keeps flashing and you have to repeat over and over again till it finally connects. I have an older gamepad Logitech F310 and it's working perfectly till this day with my Windows 8.1, no disconnections or connection drops. F310's only problem is it's not wireless, otherwise it's far better in every aspect.
