Had the keyboard for less than a week, lost the receiver. To buy a replacement receiver plus pay for shipping (I live in Toronto) costs more than to buy a new keyboard. Useless product with horrible support from Logitech. Would not recommend

  • Keys stick after 3 months

If you type/write alot, don't get this keyboard. Keys stick in place and require a knife to dislodge them. Second one of these keyboards I have gone through, the last time. I suppose you get what you pay for.

  • Second Review on Replacement

Got a replacement and tested the keyboard before walking it back home. The keys are still very wobbly to type on but is something I can type with and more of a preference for individuals. Upon the 6th day, I found that my "5 'key does register the keystroke properly even when fully depressed, exactly the same symptoms as the last keyboard where "G" "R" and "Tab" needs significant amount of force after the membrane has been fully depressed. I was not about to return this keyboard again so I opened it up. And right beside the 5 key I found some plastic shavings stuck to the back of the two IC sheets, making it uneven. The plastic shaving is the same color as the keyboard backing. After I've removed the shaving, the keyboard works reliably again. Logitech keyboards are well designed but this kind of QA issue is pretty ridiculous.

  • Cheap Wireless Keyboard that does not type very well

I was looking to get a cheap set of wireless keyboard for my system and landed on this one when it was on sale. The wireless function is fine, but this is a pretty bad keyboard by any standard. Type much much worse than my cheap K120 If you are lighter key-travel kind of typer, you will find this keyboard inadequate. If your typing style is more towards typing on a typewriter, then you might find this keyboard OK. 1. Key travel is OK 2. Key tactile feedback is horrible. It bottoms out with too little resistance 3. Key sensitivity is BAD on some keys. You can slowly depress a key and it still wouldn't register the keystroke. For my keyboard, I had to spam the G, R harder then the other keys to get a consistent input. I typically average about 117 wpm on a K120, but I am about 102 wpm on this keyboard. I will be refunding this today after a week of usage. It's just a bad keyboard over all. I guess if you are just using this for a TV to put in show titles, then it doesn't matter so much.

  • Can't beat the Price/Value

Picked it up last night - plugged in the receiver stub, done . Easy Peasy. Mouse is a bit small (Laptop size) but not a problem. Keyboard has some nice internet/media buttons. Can't beat it for the price with 36 month life on the keyboard batt and 18 month on the mouse (Oh yeah Batteries INCLUDED)

The product itself is fine. Your delivery system is terrible. We have someone here 5 days a week 8-4 and the item was taken to the post office and never directly delivered to the office--we received a card in our mailbox telling us to go pick it up--which meant we had to send someone to pick it up which we are way to busy to do -- that is why we ordered it online.. For that reason alone I will no longer use your online purchasing system.

If you are looking for any of the above features. Do not assume anything if BestBuy website says yes, but the box says no, that means NO!

  • Not good, returned it 3 hours after purchase

Bought it for a desktop computer to replace a wired keyboard and mouse. Mouse is a little small (laptop sized) and keys are a little loud. I could have dealt with that, but the main problem is that the keyboard and mouse were cutting in and out. When I would type, sometimes it took 3-4 seconds for the words to show up on the screen. At one point, I copied and pasted an email address into outlook... it wasn't working so i hit paste about 5 times... 7-8 seconds later, I had 6 email addresses in window. Mouse was also jumpy. The receiver was only 1.5-2 ft away from the keyboard/mouse - well within it's "30 foot range". Returned it, got a Microsoft setup, works like a charm, and quieter with a bigger mouse.

I found this product to be of excellent quality and really good value for money.
