Light, easy to pack and go keyboard mouse combo.
- October 9, 2019[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once the nano receiver is plugged into a USB port it provided great range for both the mouse and keyboard. ** I see using this for conference rooms where the PC or laptop is used to drive a larger monitor or projector. I placed the keyboard on top of my 15 inch laptop and began typing. Smooth and natural locations of the keys made typing easy without the clickety clack of the keyboard. The number pad on the right is a must for me since I also tested the combo with my Autodesk Inventor CAD program (as well as this review). What I find helpful: + full size keys , F1 through F12 function keys on top row, ESC key top most left. + Natural feel of keys with great tactile feedback + thin and light, easy to pack in my computer bag + sits nicely on my desk, wireless of course! + see photos: NANO receiver can be stored safely under the grey battery cover on the keyboard + Keyboard uses 2 AAA batteries and the mouse one, they say it will last a long time + the mouse has a real on/off switch I did find the mouse rather thin and took a while to get accustomed to, since most of my other logitech mice are a lot taller, But after a while no real concern. But, still find the right click a bit unnatural. because I need to grip the thin mouse body with my thumb and fourth finger. (Could be my larger hands). Center Wheel and mouse wheel-click works great. Glides easily and really tracked accurately on fabric or plastic (formica) surfaces. As a set they are a good choice for every day use or super for on the go.

Slim, Efficient, Quiet
- October 11, 2019[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ---SETUP--- The setup for this MK470 Slim Wireless mouse and keyboard combo is quick. The batteries are preinstalled on both products with a plastic tab in place to prevent battery drain before purchase. The mouse uses 1 AA battery and keyboard uses 2 AAA batteries. One USB receiver (2.4 GHz) is included that reads both, the mouse and keyboard. After plugging the receiver, you’re ready to go in less than a minute. ---FEATURES--- The key feature of this keyboard / mouse combo is their slim profile. The keyboard itself is thinner than an Expo marker and the mouse is just a tad bit taller. The keyboard boasts 18 months of battery use while the mouse can go for 36 months, thanks to the auto-sleep function of each. The key strokes on the keyboard are silent and have 15 F-keys for shortcuts like pausing music or lowering the volume. Both, the mouse and the keyboard can be used to store the USB receiver for storage or travel to avoid losing it. ---PERFORMANCE--- The performance of the keyboard and mouse are great. I tested them on Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Office, and general web browsing. I am a teacher who shares a classroom with another teacher while they teach. The quieter keyboard made my co-worker remark that he didn’t hear me typing like my previous keyboard. Both the mouse and the keyboard never lost wireless signal. When the computer went to sleep, I was able to wake it with a mouse wiggle. ---EXPECTATIONS--- The product meets my expectations. However, I found that the keyboard could have benefited from a little more height from the backside. The arrow keys are too close together and I sometimes accidentally press ‘shift’ when trying to press the ‘up’ arrow. The mouse glides with ease but I would recommend using it on a mouse pad as opposed to a glass or wooden surfaced desk. The CTRL, FN, and ALT keys are positioned just right for those who do a lot of copying and pasting. The number pad is fully sized and works like a charm in Sheets or Excel. ---VALUE--- The price for this keyboard / mouse combo is great if you’re looking to replace an old mouse and keyboard or if you want to upgrade to a reliable wireless combo without fancy bells and whistles. ---APPROVAL--- I highly recommend this product for people who want more desk space and the freedom from wires. Also, if you travel and connect to various PCs, these can be your travel companions.

Good, but lacks a few features you may need. Read
- June 16, 2022[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The keyboard and mouse both have a good weight and quality feel to them. It's not by any means a cheap plasticky feel. It's more like a quality built, mid-range priced keyboard/mouse combo. It was worth $50 to me. No Caps or Num LED indicator. You will have to set up your audible caps indicator within Microsoft Windows if that is what you are using. For a full keyboard with a numbers pad, this is ergonomic and feels nonintrusive as far as space goes. Of course, it's on a large desk in our office. The mouse is different. This is not a mouse that you can rest your palm upon. With your wrist rested on the mouse pad, you'll be using your fingers to move this one around. This was not a deal breaker for us. I'm happy with the purchase because it serves well as a front office desk peripheral for checking in and out customers. It seems like I can rely on this compared to other combos we've had in the past. I have always had good results from Logitech keyboard/mouse combos. I have five of them for our computer repair shop bench and have been using them for 5 years now with no failures.

An outstanding wireless keyboard and mouse combo
- October 12, 2019[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are like most people, you own or use multiple Logitech items. As for mouse/keyboard units, Logitech is probably the most common brand I see in my travels working on computers. This set is a big distinct from their others, in that the design is less typical and more slimline in design. It is like a MAC computer keyboard, but without the big price tag. And it has many rubber feet to prevent the keyboard from moving around, a huge improvement over many keyboards out there. But it is a slim and attractive design, with a decent feel. The keyboard includes a number keypad too, something I use a lot when crunching numbers on countless spreadsheets. The mouse is a different design, slim and low to the ground. It is unlike others in that your hand can relax and not be pushed up like an arch in your shoe. It takes a couple of hours to get used to, but feels much more comfortable than having one that pushes that "arch" in your hand up - I can appreciate this as my hand will hurt from too much computer work. Both the keyboard and mouse are quieter than others, which is also appreciated as cubicle sizes continue to get reduced and annoying noises like the heavy finger keyboarder or the endless mouse clicker invades your sanity. One thing I noticed with the keyboard, is that the keys were lower therefore requiring less hand movement to go up to hit the keys. Again, with hand pain from too much computer based work, this is greatly appreciated. The battery is rated at 18 months for the keyboard and 36 months for the mouse, and while I cannot speak to that in just a few days, I can tell you they do not over state their battery life on other Logitech wireless devices. You'll find a unifying USB dongle in the box, that allows both units to connect via a single USB double vs. having to use two separate ones for mouse and keyboard. A nice addition to the portfolio of Logitech keyboard and mouse combo units. Give it a try, I'm sure you'll enjoy it and if you like Mac computer keyboards you'll feel right at home with this.

Nice keyboard, mouse is too small
- October 12, 2019[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Logitech MK470 slim wireless mouse and keyboard combo comes in handy if you are on the go and don’t have a lot of extra space in your backpack or travel bag. There is one small unifying receiver that you need to plug into a USB type A slot and all my computers and chrome books recognized both devices right after I plugged in the receiver. Typing on the keyboard takes a little getting used to when you are coming from a windows-based keyboard. They travel on the keys is very minimal and is very quiet to type on as well. Actually, the mouse has very quiet clicks as well and this is one of the advertised features of it, Logitech calls it “whisper-quiet” and they are telling the truth here. The travel on the mouse buttons is small as well and it also takes some getting used to. Overall the mouse is not tall enough to fit comfortably in my hands and I find that after a few minutes of constant use, I find myself having to stretch out my hand a bit from how uncomfortable the mouse is. I wish it was slightly taller and more ergonomic verses being an ambidextrous design. I was planning on using this combo to replace my awful dell set up at work, but the mouse prevents me from this. I will be using the keyboard and I do find that to be pleasing to use. Logitech advertises that the battery life is 36 months on the keyboard and 18 months for the mouse and they have a sleep feature to help reach those longevity goals. In my opinion and experience with Logitech products, they do last at least as long as advertised. The keyboard does not have any lights on it and its difficult to tell if you have CAPS lock on or Num lock on. I do enjoy the 10-key addition on the keyboard and still keep the design small for the limited amount of space that I have on my desk. For the price, you cannot go wrong with this keyboard/mouse combo and it does exactly what you need it to do. Pros: Compact design Quiet keystrokes and mouse clicks Well-built and sleek design Long battery life FN + F keys work well natively One nano receiver for both devices Price Cons: Mouse is not very comfortable to use No lights on keyboard for Num lock/Caps Lock, etc.

Great feel and space saving
- October 16, 2019[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fantastic Logitech keyboard and mouse. The fit and finish is very nice and also quiet. I feel confined to using a laptop keyboard many times and I just need the feel of a full size keyboard for longer typing sessions. This keyboard has a simple presence to it with its minimal look and not having extra bezel on the sides or bottom. It connected to my laptop instantly and the keystrokes feel confident and bounce back nicely. The mouse along with this keyboard is the perfect compliment. The mouse has a flat feel to it without being arched. Simple to hold and use, but also simple to pack away in a computer bag which is limited on space many times. Overall I feel it’s a low profile keyboard and mouse style that would fit into just about anyone’s space. Small office, small desk space, on the go, or hotel life. Easy to use and always accurate with the keystrokes and mouse tracking. PRO: Space saving Clean looks Accurate feedback and response

Good buy
- April 3, 2023[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a more expensive one that was supposedly more comfortable but I didn't like it and returned it for this. This is a better price and I like it better; more fluent and comfortable for me. It's the right size, not too big/bulky while not being too small. Bonus with a mouse

Keyboard is fine. Mouse not so much...
- October 18, 2019[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not big on wireless mice/keyboards because you have to replace the batteries every so often, and this is no exception. There's a claim that the included batteries of the keyboard and mouse are expected to last 36m (3 years) and 18m (1.5 years) respectively. That is because of an auto-off feature that times out the keyboard and mouse when not in use. Appealing but remains to be seen. (Follow up in 1 year) The usefulness of the product itself is very pleasing. I love the separate number pad and the responsiveness of the keys are smooth and quiet. Quite hefty for its size which is a good thing, keeps the keyboard from sliding around the desk. The mouse is a minor disappointment. While it is quiet, virtually no sound from clicking, it's extremely small for my hands about the size of my palm. (I'm 6'3"; my middle finger is about 3.5" which is about the length of the mouse) this is very uncomfortable for me especially since I used the computer quite often. I can see myself cramping up within minutes. If I could buy the keyboard severally I would. the mouse is NOT for big handed people
