  • Hand-wash cooking surface with cloth and hot soapy water and then rinse with damp cloth and dry thoroughly
  • Avoid using abrasive cleaners and metal pads
  • Clean grease drain by pouring warm soapy water around area and use soft brush or sponge to clear debris, then rinse

  • Clean exterior with nonabrasive cleaner and microfiber cloth. Polish in direction of grain
