Equipped with two independently controlled stainless steel burners delivering each 8,500 BTU (17 000 BTU in total), it provides consistent, evenly distributed heat across a 281 in² (1,813 cm²) porcelain-coated steel cooking surface. Starting the unit is fast and easy thanks to the integrated push-and-turn automatic ignition. The built-in drainer and removable grease cup are included to simplify cleanup and promote cleaner cooking. For added stability, especially on uneven terrain, the unit is equipped with four adjustable legs. With a stainless steel control panel and burners, this cooking plate offers great longevity and durability for food preparation on patios, campsite tables, or any outdoor setting. The Martin Two-Burners 17” Cooking Plate is a versatile, portable, and stable solution for multi-season outdoor cooking. Please note that the fitting on the unit is a female BOM fitting. To connect it to a standard 20 lb barbecue propane tank (QCC1 type), a QCC1 to male BOM adapter is required (not included).
