[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchase the Maytag washing machine model #: MHW5630HW on 3/8/2021 and scgeduled a delivery for 3/11/2021. I received a notification via email the day prior to the delivery and on 3/11/2021, I received the delivery as scheduled. The delivery guys were friendly. They took mearement of the door to make sure that the appliance would fit then brought in the appliance and level it to specification. So far, the washer is performing as expected. It took me a little while to get used to holding the start button for 3 seconds to turn it on. I was looking for a 4.8 cuft but this 4.5 cuft works just fine.

DO NOT PURCHASE, This is absolutely gross!!! Bought 2023 take good care of of and do cleaning cycles more often then told. You smell mold yep it's a thing. BLACK MOLD Iis what will be behind your soap dish if U you pull it out. I want a new machine different brand.

Purchased a Volcano Black matching set 60 days ago. The washer is very quiet and does a good job washing all laundry items. Shirt collars get cleaned very nicely, using (he) detergent of course. I also don't mind holding the start button 2 extra seconds, as it's a safety feature, to prevent unintended starts! They are also very aesthetically pleasing to look at in volcano black, but there are three major issues! 1-The Drain filter location! It's directly behind the front panel on the newer models, with no way for consumers to easily access it. Unacceptable engineering on that one! Maybe a service profit motive! They should look at LG’s more consumer friendly units! 2-The Spin Cycles could be better controlled, some are mildly noisy, even with perfect leveling. 3-The intended holes for the pedestal screws don't match the pedestal slots. Had to carefully shave the pedestal slot openings to match the washing machine screw holes! The other minor issues like cycle signal volume, better matching documentation, shipping bolt information for pedestal installations, and vibration of the front dial can be easily fixed. It was this or the LG units that I wanted to choose from, but I still gave the nod to Maytag for having a better price and support network...this time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a set of Maytag front loaders for at least the last 10 years. This new set is ok, but many features that I don’t like as well. The drawers on the washer and on the pedestals are awkward to open. They open from underneath instead of having an indent on the tops to just open fast and easy. Also you have to wait too long for the washer and dryer to engage and light up so you can choose your settings. I used to be able to start a load in flash and now I have to stand there and wait for them to turn on. The chassis is also made of plastic instead of metal so my drawer has a huge crack in it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not happy with this washer easily clogged when a dryer sheet got stuck in the drain part had to remove drain hose and remove the sheet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer is stylish and modern looking. It holds more clothing than I thought with its smaller size. I even wash comforters in it.
