[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Terrible experience. 1 - had to buy a laptop - asked if the laptop came with any software "perks" I was told that they did not think so (well it did - I could've gotten Personal for $99.99/year that included PPT instead of buying business. 2 - I had to have powerpoint so I was stuck purchasing this instore 3 - I've tried to activate it and it doesn't work, states that my product key is invalid. This should really be plug and play at this point. 4 - I'm so frustrated and annoyed with all of this and don't even know who I should call for help, It's not returnable so apparently, I'm just screwed out of money since the product key won't work and it's not the software package I want anyway.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the wrong product for me to subscribe to. I thought it would give me more applications to use. Instead it gave me more obligations: I had to have a business name. It is "retired." I had to have a new email address. I now have to get rid of this email. There was more. My Geek Squad agent did not know enough about this product to properly advise me. I returned the product, and became completely disgusted with the service I received from the Geek Squad. I subscribed to the personal Microsoft 365 from another group I had contact with some years ago.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just started my own business and Best Buy's Geek Squad advised programming I would need and assisted in getting all software downloaded onto my new computer. It was a great service to have, especially when you are used to having a company IT team assist. Highly recommended, not only for their computer skill(s) knowledge but kindness and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure your setup/any issues are resolved prior to leaving the store.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I obtained the Business Std. inorder to get MS ACCESS. All MS poroducts leave alot to be desired due to the poor support and help system you can use. Sometimes the help software is far from your needs. Sometimes it down right sucks. Another problem is there is no way to disengage the touch pad on the computer when you are using a mouse. My old Pavilion had that feature and it sure was nice not interfering with the mouse pad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using MS 365 Business Standard for two years now and highly recommend it for small business owners, especially if your clients also use MS applications like PowerPoint or Excel. Not only is the software good, but the Helpdesk is incredibly good and on several occasions helped me resolve issues. Very little wait time to speak with a customer service rep who on each occasion was very knowledgeable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the software and it worked fine Renewal came up and it was horrible. Can't talk to a human unless you stalk Bill Gates. AI hung up on me. Then recognized my ph and wouldn't talk to me. Microsoft service is non existant. I went to the local BB store. A young man with far better skills than I managed to fix the problem, and it gave him a run for the money.

When I attempted to download the key code from the Business Standard card to my laptop a message indicated that a different email than my was connected to the product. I had to do a return and get help from the Geek techs. However, they were very professional and very helpful. I do enjoy using Business Stand for my for business.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to get this because I purchased a new computer. I had to get Microsoft Business pro because the other versions don't support Access. Which we have as a movie data base. It was a bit pricier, but what are you going to do. I can't give it 5 stars when I didn't need the business version. I think Microsoft should have more and better options.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oops I bought this by mistake. Bought it for home, but it was way too much and too complicated. I don’t need all that fortunately, the in-store sales people were able to correct my mistake and take care of business. I bought it because it has everything I wanted, but it’s set up for business and this is just for my own personal computer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this rating is not for the product but the sales guy who told me that I could use this office 365 on 6 computers, which is not the case after I activated it, I was looking for Ms office that I would install on my employees computers for data processing. I was given wrong information concerning my purchase.
