Initially I returned item as I thought there was a part missing...no instructions included. The very nice gentleman at the return counter explained that sometimes parts were hidden. Sure enough , tucked neatly into one of the inside legs of the tripod was the missing ( not ) part. Thank you for not making me feel embarrassed . Subsequently, set up was easy and most importantly, my phone appears secure.

Purchased this product because I needed to film using my IPhone for work. It works great. It is solid, and easy to use and adjust, and packs away well. It is also really great for using for apps like FaceTime. Great value. I haven’t used the remote much, but when I tried it once it seemed to work well (button was a little loud).

This product is actually so good! my camera is kind of heavy and this tripod actually hold my camera so well. And it's very sturdy as well! It's a good product in such cheap price! I highly recommend this.

Really good item. Build quality is great. Highly recommended for the price! Con: does not fit with my iPhone XS MAX with case. It will fit without the case.

Although the tripod seems sturdy, the smartphone holder was cheap plastic, and snapped the second time I used it. Waste of money - very disappointing.

Smooth feel in the hand and feels natural. Very nice feature with the remote control. Very stable and fits my S10 Plus with a Otterbox clear case. Fits my GoPro like a glove. recommended A++

This is a great until the remote stops working !! Tried new batteries and nothing! Light never came on again! Piece of crap!

Works as expected, no issues with set up or operation. Was nice to have everyone in a picture !
