Quality chair with great value, especially if you grab it on sale. But are you curious why this chair is a bit more expensive than the other that seems identical? Of course you are. The key is in the wheels/casters. I contacted motiongrey and they were happy to investigate for me, confirming that this version (MG-GC-E-BK) has roller-blade styled casters, which are of course better quality. Meanwhile, the other version (MG-GC-ENFORCER-BK) has regular casters. Otherwise, they are completely identical. Is it worth paying a bit more for it? Circumstantial. For the average person I can't imagine they'd be able to tell the difference.

Super easy to assemble, all of the components seem sturdy and made to last for a long while. Not sure it was going to be good for me as I usually prefer going in store for this kind of purchase. Was pleasantly surprised when I finally finished assembling it and sat on it for the first time. Its basically rolling perfection and a great investment for my personal work space. Almost wish I had one like it for work now. The caveat? The smell the chair gives off. Its been out of the box and assembled for 48h now and the smell is something, like cooling tar or asphalt. Might just be the copy I got, though. Time will tell I guess.

This chair was super easy to assemble, all of the components seem to be made of quality materials. With so many new office and gaming chairs coming onto the market right now, I was concerned with the quality of the product. So far I am nearly a month in, and this chair has exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, support, and quality. If you are considering upgrading your chair now that you are working from home, do it, I waited over a year and a half and this was one of the best investments I have made to my home office set up.

Long story short I ordered a chair from these guys 30NOV2018. Called 3 weeks later and was told it would arrive by christmas (product page when I ordered said ships in 5-7 business days). 1JAN2018 I still dont have a chair and after leaving a 1 star review on their website (which they deleted) I get a call from them saying it wouldn’t arrive until the end of january (2 months after my order). I got a refund and bought a chair from one of their competitors instead, I strongly suggest you do the same. P.S. the website still says they ship out in 1 week and they’re showing as in stock on bestbuy.ca. Go figure.

I dont like writing poor reviews, but I was led to believe these were at least a decent quality. I purchased 2 of them. One didnt have the proper hardware (just 2 bolts missing) no big deal i had spares kicking around. But the armrests do not hold any weight. If any pressure is put on them (say getting out of the chair) they would bend and push out. The adjustments are also not great. Doesnt recline far back and has to be locked in (no spring). Do not recommend these, but I guess you get what you pay for, cause they are very inexpensive. I will make them work (cause they are paid for)

I guess I should have read the reviews of this chair and the company before buying this chair, because I got a scenario of three different previous reviews: The Good - The chair itself: Got it for my wife for Christmas and she said she had no issues assembling it and has enjoyed it so far. The Meh - She has commented on the smell of the chair, which has been commented on before. The Bad - I ordered this on December 1st, and if I hadn't reached out to MontionGrey almost TWO WEEKS LATER I would have never known that the chair had not been out for delivery. Unfortunately we did not receive the chair until December 30th which I find unacceptable considering the cost of delivery I paid.

Great chair. Cozy. I use it for gaming. Some days up to 6 hours straight. Zero issues. Easy to install. Would recommend.

The chair is comfortable even for longer periods of time even for someone like me who shifts around on it all the time.

I'm really satisfied with this comfortable chair. It is a very good shape for the back and neck for using long hours.

Well cushioned office chair. Arrived after 6 days and installation took around 30 minutes. The padding features are great, and the bigger lumbar pillow is a great addition.
