Prior authorization (RMA) from MT Chiropractic is required before any parts are returned or repairs are performed.

Unauthorized returns or repairs will not be accepted or reimbursed.

MT Chiropractic reserves the right to provide replacement parts, repair instructions, or technical support without requiring product return.
