The NEW AIR REFRIGERATION NPT-048-MSA is a high-performance Mega Top Salad/Sandwich Refrigerator engineered for busy commercial kitchens. This two-section unit spans 48" in width and offers a generous 11.5 cu. ft. capacity, accommodating up to 18 1/6 GN (Gastronorm) pans for extensive ingredient storage.

Operating on a standard 115V/60/1-ph power supply and drawing just 2.4 amps with 280 watts, this energy-efficient unit uses eco-friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. With its cETLus certification and NEMA 5-15P plug, the NPT-048-MSA meets rigorous safety standards and offers easy installation in various commercial settings.

The NPT-048-MSA is equipped with a self-contained rear-mounted Embraco compressor, ensuring precise temperature control within a range of 0.5°C to 5°C. Its digital temperature control system offers accurate management of internal conditions, and the automatic defrost feature reduces maintenance needs.

The prep table is equipped with two adjustable heavy-duty shelves and one insulated lid, providing flexible storage options and helping to maintain optimal temperatures. A 9" deep cutting board is included for convenient food preparation. The unit features two solid hinged doors for easy access to stored items.

Constructed with durability in mind, the NPT-048-MSA boasts a stainless steel interior and exterior, ensuring longevity and easy cleaning in busy kitchen environments, fast food restaurants, food trucks, and other commercial food serving establishments.
