[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite purchase to date! I know it’s just a beginner camera, but I rarely ever leave home without it. The moments in life that can be captured are unreal. The parts of nature that no one else ever pays attention to: those are the things that light my heart on fire and this camera brings those pieces of time to a split second for me. This camera and all the lenses I’ve bought for it take those precious moments and capture them for me to hold onto. I love my camera and I’m sure one day I’ll upgrade but this one will always have a piece of my heart. Perfect for people starting out just like me and perfect for what you want in the beginning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Nikon Camera and I love it! It is easy to use and offers a variety of features. My favorite thing about it is the ability to directly connect to my iPhone through WiFi so that I am able to get the photos immediately. This camera also has video which is nice, you have to have very steady hands for the video though (if not it easily appears shaky). The screen is touch screen which makes it easy to view and zoom in on photos. Also the ability to flip the screen in both directions is nice for times you want to maybe take a selfie! I love this camera and think it’s great! I am still learning some of the features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this camera for a couple weeks now and it has been fantastic! I used my girlfriend’s D5300 so I already had a handle on how it operates but it didn’t take long to get used to it. The kit lenses are surprisingly good and offer their own pros and cons, making it fun to switch back and forth. This camera came out a little while ago but with all of its features it’s honestly hard to tell, it has a touch screen, it can connect to your phone via Bluetooth to download pictures, or your phone can act as a viewfinder. It’s all very impressive to someone who is just getting into photography.

I am just getting into photography and this camera has it all in my opinion for the beginner to intermediate photographer, there is a little bit of a learning curve but for the most part it is easy to get great pics with this camera, it’s great for night photos I did a lot of reading before I purchased and this camera got rave reviews for the night photos it can take , if you want quality get this camera you want be disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my start camera for getting back into photography. Stepping up from a cell phone. Really enjoying it and the lenses. I don't suggest dropping it but I have dropped it a few times and it's managed to sustain my rough treatment. Gives me very good raws, even with movement, since I do mostly wildlife and nature photos. I just need to get better in learning about it and working with settings but very happy with it right now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this camera! It picks up droplets of water when the bird shake it off in the bird bath. Love the action shots as well. Just wish it could get the longer range in the trees to be close up. The add ons are so expensive!! It is a bit noisy when taking the shot which the birds hear even when I am inside my home and they always take off which I cannot stand! My friends say I'm a Natural though!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This camera is my first real camera. I am amazed by the clarity and versatility. I have had it for about a month and taken so many photos. I did buy the AF-S DX Micro NIKKOR 40mm f/2.8G. So with the lens that are included and a macro lens, I am content with a wide range of perspectives. I would strongly recommend this camera for anyone.
