[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This massager pillow is simple and easy to use. With a sliding on off switch and 2 speeds settings, high and low. It comes with a built in strap to attach to a chair to keep in place, however I haven't need to use the strap, but its there if you do. The lumbar support helps to align my back better while sitting which has helped to relieve my back pain. The massaging feature doesn't really do much for my back though, but it does have a relaxing quality and makes me doze off. I find the massage feature great to use close to bedtime as I am someone who has a hard time falling asleep. That was a hidden benefit that i found quite useful for me.

I bought it because I wanted to add a massage function to my office chair while I work. Unfortunately, it's not great for that. This is because the strap doesn't keep the cushion in place. Instead it slopes over. I have a large executive leather chair. If you were using this on an "ergonomic" office chair it would probably work. I repurposed it as a general massage tool. Great for my tight shoulders, lower back, and arms. It requires 4 AA batteries to function. I am using energizer rechargable's at 1500mah each and the unit is still kicking after several hours of use. Highly recommended.

I HONESTLY HAVE TO SAY THAT WITH MY BACK PROBLEMS THE OBUSFORME SIDE TO SIDE WITH MASSAGE HAS REALLY HELPED.ALL I HAVE TO DO IS PUT IT BEHIND ME ON MY BACK AND LAY/SIT BACK AND LET THE OBUSFORME SIDE TO SIDE WITH MASSAGE DO ALL THE WORK. THIS OBUSFORME IS SO EASY TO OPERATE WITH HIGH AND LOW MASSAGE LEVELS AND FITS YOUR BACK JUST RIGHT. SOFT TO THE TOUCH AND COMFORTABLE HIGH QUALITY MATERIALS AT A REASONABLE PRICE . After the first week of working at the desk I was up walking around every 10-15 minutes due to back pain. Well it was a pleasant surprise to see this went away after using this. My favorite part of this is the massage feature and that is truly amazing on long days. I feel as if this allows me to focus longer and not stiffen up while working all day. Seems to be durable and feels as if it will last a long time. I highly recommend to anyone working from home or at a desk.

There is no side to side movement like I had thought from reading the title, there is only one single vibrating motor in the center of the pad. Not sure how that is considered side to side. The massager has 2 modes, low and high. They are just vibration modes. It does give good lumbar support. Maybe it would be better named, Lumbar Support with Vibration Massage? The cover does not appear to be removable, even though there is a zipper on the back. The zipper only opens part way to allow access to the battery pack.
