It's compact in size, energy-efficient and offers convenient, high-quality copying. You can use it for both fax and voice calls on the same telephone line and you can even connect an external answering machine. Also, help keep your operating costs low by using the optional high capacity replacement toner. The IntelliFAX-2840 is equipped with a 250-sheet capacity paper tray for letter or legal size paper and a single-sheet manual feed slot for envelopes or thicker media. This fax machine also has a 20-page capacity auto document feeder for sending faxes and making copies, up to legal size. This fax machine is capable of receiving fax and voice calls on the same telephone line which saves the expense of separate phone lines. Additionally, it includes a built-in telephone handset for voice calls. Remote Fax Retrieval allows you to access your fax messages from any telephone or fax machine by using a remote access code.
