Designed in collaboration with Ed Sheeran, the ES3 is Orange's smallest and most portable acoustic amplifier in the Outlowd ES Series. This compact 3W amp is built for home playing and adding ambience, polish and a little lift to your unplugged sound. Built-in reverb gives your acoustic more space and resonance in the room, while simple controls keep it easy to use. Bluetooth and USB-C audio playback means it also works as a music speaker for listening, jamming and practice. USB-C charging, an internal Li-Ion battery and a carry strap make it rechargeable, portable and ready for everyday use. Ideal for bedrooms, desks and writing corners.
The ES3 is designed to make everyday acoustic playing feel better. Rather than chasing high volume, it focuses on supreme tonal clarity, ambience, room feel and a more polished sound at home, where most players actually spend their time. The slanted cabinet and built-in reverb help your guitar sit naturally in the room, adding depth and a professional sheen to practice sessions, writing and casual playing. It is also voiced for music playback, so Bluetooth streaming sounds good in its own right, not an afterthought. You can play along with tracks at the same time, making it a practical all-in-one companion. With USB-C charging, a built-in Li-Ion battery, rugged metal grille and leather carry strap, the ES3 is easy to move and easy to live with. It's ideal for bedrooms, desks and small creative spaces where a larger amp would be unnecessary, impractical, or more likely to generate feedback indoors.
Your sound, made better
The ES3 is built for acoustic players who want their practice setup to sound better, not just louder. At 3 W, it's intentionally focused on adding ambience and a more polished feel to your guitar in the room, with reverb doing the heavy lifting. The result is a small amp that makes everyday playing more enjoyable, whether you are writing, warming up or simply picking up the guitar. The ES3 is simple, focused and rewarding every day.
Invite your favourite songs to the jam session
Unlike many compact guitar amps, the ES3 is voiced to handle music playback properly. Bluetooth audio sounds clear and balanced, so it works as a standalone speaker for streaming at home, and you can still play your acoustic through it at the same time. That makes it a genuinely useful practice hub for backing tracks, play-alongs and casual listening, not a single-purpose mini amp. It earns its place even when your guitar stays on its stand.
Practicality and durability
Designed in collaboration with Ed Sheeran, the ES3 majors on practical portability. The rugged metal grille and black-and-orange detailing give it the distinctive Orange look, and with USB-C recharging of a built-in Li-Ion battery and a leather carry strap, so you can move it around easily or take it with you, keeping it ready for daily use at home or on the move. It's a perfect combo of compact footprint, signature feel, and practical daily portability.
