[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Their garunteed "3x military drop tested" $60-$80 cases DO NOT protect your phone from damage. Your phone is just as safe in one of their cases as it is in no case at all. My phone dropped off of the bar ledge in my kitchen, hit the floor, and somewhere along its tumbles was ejected from the case entirely and is shattered on both front and back. Granted I have hardwood throughout the house and stone tile in the kitchen but the issue is that the case didn't even keep my phone in it. I noticed a few times before when dropping it shorter distances that the corner edges have popped out of the case a little and that should've been the end game but I thought maybe it was just me (clearly not, it was these horribly made cases). Attached all of the emails from the "real people agents" and "definitely not bots" that I received as well. AVOID OtterBox at all costs (sorry about the garbage quality pictures of my broken phone, I have to use some cheap one now)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Clear Series OtterBox Symmetry iPhone protective case. The subtle glitter pattern enhances the look of my iPhone itself. It adds a bit of femininity that I like. Makes my iPhone distinguishable from anyone else’s if it’s lying among others. I have received many compliments on it and it is thinner than my prior OtterBoxes yet feels strong enough to protected my iPhone should it take a tumble. Though I am keeping fingers crossed to not have to confirm this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Otterbox has been known to make some great rugged cases. This case was made for the iPhone 12 pro and i believe it has some good points and some bad points. Pros: 1) case feels great, it will not slip out of your hands 2) the front side borders are raise to protect from drops (screen down) 3) the connector holes are raise perfectly without interfering with normal connectors. Cons: 1) the back side will protect the phone but I am skeptical if it will protect the camera lens. (See image) The case is leveled with the lens it seems like. If it were to fall, it may damage the lens.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased this case for other phones and I really like it. I love that it sparkles and fits very tight to the phone (it's not big and bulky). It is hard plastic not soft so if that matters, keep that in mind. It does not cover the top so I have used this case and a Zagg Invisible Shield and they have saved me from damaging my phone many times. I also pair it with a PopSockets Pop Grip Premium (looks like a clear diamond) and I'm blinged out.

Ive had this case about a month and within weeks I started seeing scratches on the back of the case. The side of the case has also started peeling. Very happy though with the sparkle look and security, I have dropped it a few times with no damage to the phone.

I got a brand new iPhone about 5 months ago after completely cracking my last phone. I knew I needed much better protection so I decided to invest in an otterbox case and tempered glass screen protector. I had been very happy with it. I don’t write reviews but I think after what happened today, otterbox deserves it. I was hiking in Austria and fumbled my phone taking a picture and dropped it off a cliff. When I finally managed to get to it, I was shocked that my phone was COMPLETELY. Unharmed. Only a few scratches on the case that you can’t even notice in most lighting. Not a crack on the screen protector either. Thanks otterbox for completely saving my phone.

I loved it so much at first really complimented my new iPhone 12 pro max in color gold because of the shimmer particles. I didn’t wanted it to change the color or anything so every time before touching it I used to wash my hand buttttt no matter what you do it will change the color. Now the sides became so yellow that made it look so disgusting however the back is still ok , I don’t want this junk anymore but I sticked a very expensive popsocket on the back and throwing this I’ll lose that too! And I don’t even want to mention about the tightness,everytime you remove this you gonna scratch your phone. Please I want justices

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Case scratches very easily which looks like garbage. It is also hard to hold onto without cleaning multiple times a day. I think this is due to the oils from your hands making it slippery. It says it won’t yellow but mine turned yellow after two months. Otterbox will warranty this but they charge you shipping and handling which isn’t right, why should I pay for your false claims?

Clear Otterbox works as expected. I think the clear plastic will mark over time, but oh well. My old Otterbox for my Iphone 6 had rubber around the outer edge and would stick well on the console of my vehicle. This one does not have the layer of rubber and slides off. I have to put it into the console. My old cover also sealed all the way around the phone. If I had dropped it in H20, it would have been waterproof. This one definitely will not. It was on sale for $50, so that's ok. If I had spent the full $70 on my new case, I would be pretty disappointed. It is definitely more durable than the $20-$30 ones I looked at.
