How to activate!

Insert your new SIM card into the phone.

Please go to our online activation portal on gophonebox.com/activation

Input your SIM card number (without any spaces).

Select your Plan, based on the amount of data you may use per month.

Then select the date you wish to start using our service.

Click “Continue to Billing” and review your Plan information.

Select your payment type (Credit card, PayPal, Alipay or Google Pay).

Once finished press “Complete Activation” and you are in PhoneBox! (small letter)

Please Note: If you do not have access to Wi-Fi, activate your new PhoneBox SIM card before inserting it into your phone.

You will need to be connected to the internet to activate your new phone plan.
