    Boyfriend is Happy

    I bought this controller as a little gift for my boyfriend because his other controllers were glitching on him. He's been much calmer playing his games now, and hasn't sworn once since he's been using it so I too am happy with this product. :)

    Half broken

    I ordered this, paid full price, got sent a used half broken controller that ill need to take somewhere, and pay to fix it if it's fixable, only reason for 2 stars is they gave me some money back. Be careful even from big stores like this.

    It works and is identical to the controller that came with the PS4. I just miss the start button though...the "options" button is too far away and you can't feel it because it's flush with the controller.

    Bought mk 11 on launch. Usually dont play games that are heavily based using the dpad. After 2 months of all these combo inputs the dpad is messed up.

    For some reason this controller does not feel like the one that came with the PS4. it feels light, cheap, and loose on some parts.

    Counterfeit! Fake! Not a real Sony controller... if you're happy with third party knockoffs save your money and buy them somewhere that charges appropriately. If you want authentic Sony products don't buy from Bestbuy. disappointing

    Dpad is messed up

    I bought a controller from walmart the other day and it was better but when i bought it from best buy the dpad messed up after the 3 week . I strongly recommend you buy it at walmart

    I open the packaging throughout the packaging. Plugged in the controller completely dead battery and will not charge What a waste of money. 1

    Best controller I’ve use so far

    I love it. As a competitive gamer who needs to play call of duty on a controller,it’s perfect for me. Wouldn’t recommend for Fortnite unless you have played on a controller before, but over all, it’s a perfect controller for the price. If you are a seriously competitive gamer and want to up your game, the scuf version of this is way better, but it also costs more than double the basic PlayStation 4 controller
