The Poly EagleEye Digital Extender is a professional video conferencing accessory designed to mount and operate a Poly EagleEye IV camera farther from the codec when the standard camera-to-system distance is not sufficient. Using HDBaseT technology over a customer-provided CAT5e (or better) Ethernet cable run, it supports installations from 3m up to 100m (328 ft.), helping you place cameras optimally in larger rooms without sacrificing signal integrity. The extender uses an RJ45 link segment between its transmitter and receiver units, and it includes a dedicated AC power adapter (100–240VAC input; 48VDC output) for proper operation. Included hardware supports quick, plug-and-play setup for compatible Poly/Polycom room systems.
