Reusable: After the water evaporates, it can be soaked again (for at least 30 minutes) to restore moisture. Multi-purpose, suitable for multiple parts of the body.

Refrigerate for 1 hour until completely cooled (2 hours for complete freezing). Microwave for approximately 3 minutes (leak-proof, explosion-proof). Long-lasting warmth: Individually distributed freezing grids provide continuous phase change energy.
