Enter the serial number of your printer.

The serial number can be found inside the printer when you open the door.

Click “Submit.”

If prompted, enter the product number as well.

Review the displayed printer information to identify your exact printer model.

Important Compatibility Notice:

If your printer model ends with “e” or displays HP+, this product is NOT compatible with your printer.

Do not use or order this product for such models.
