The plates are made of heavy-duty cast iron with a black finish and the bars are chrome plated with a knurled texture finish. The weight plates are held in place by threaded locking collars which have a rubber trim to ensure a solid and secure lock. This set is available in 3 different total weight configurations; 40lb, 60lb and 200lb. Total weight calculations include plates, bars and collars. Carrying case not included.
