Red Dead 2 play disk corrupts xbox one x. Rockstar knows it also. But they play a sad game of running you in circles if you try to get a replacement, and you get nothing but aggravation and many emails back and forth. The disks from when it released had a problem where the pay disk corrupts. Read Dead Support & Management are completely useless and do not honour any warranty. I started the game and played for an hour, then decided to re-visit the game as soon as COVID started. The play disk was corrupted for no reason. Do not buy this. If you do, play it ASAP before it corrupts. Best Buy will honour the warranty if you prove it is corrupted within a limited time. Can I say it's a good game, maybe, it seemed good, but I only got an hour in. Rockstar knows the problem, and they could have allowed me a download or sent me a new game. Instead Rockstar led me in circles, made me try some things, prove the corruption, then said I could re-buy the game.

To the two Sony fanboy donkeys asking why anyone would pre order a game a year before release I got two things for you. One, Its Rockstar, and two, there was a discount during E3 week if you pre ordered. Try harder next time.

they ought to make a Shawshank Redemption game

It's actually a fun game and pretty cool if you have the time. It's definitely not designed to be mid adult friendly. So 12-20 year Olds would not find it enjoyable. The first one was a blast. It appealled to everyone. It's not even the violence, or the story. Both are actually pretty great and generally acceptable. It's bad game play. It really sucks.

One of the single greatest stories an open world made for our current generation. It’s only downside is that rockstar abandoned the multiplayer mode while the servers are still up, they never produced quality content for multiplayer. I will forever recommend this game to somebody who wants a slower, relaxing environment with a heart wrenching story.

Who gives a one star review before buying? I feel like giving a one star is completely unjustified. The first red dead redemption was one the best games of last generation. Can't wait to play a new one giving to new hardware so I will be giving a premature 5 star rating

They did it again and delivered big with rdr2! Best game I have played in a long time! Bought a One X just for this game, it looks amazing in 4k!

rating any title before its release is ludicrous so this 5 star is just to balance out the low ratings lol this game looks gooood

Played it before really really fun looks great in 4k I would recommend to the next person that didn't play it before
