The only reason I am giving a four star review is the phone I received came with 85% battery health. I know this is a risk and honestly I got it for $500 off so I am not too upset. Just something to think about when you buy from this reseller or any reseller that isn’t Apple. Other than my previous gripe, the phone arrived four days after ordering and came in the original box with a charging cable and block (missing the manual and warranty information but that’s to be expected). The phone is in perfect condition other than the battery. I am very happy with my purchase but again, it was on sale. I think I would feel different if I had played full price for it.

I order this phone, the overall phone was good but the screen was bad, had black pixels all over it. Was a bit too much to and fro with not the most pleasant customer support team. Now i will have to send my phone back probably wait another 14 days to hear back , get a refund or get a new phone, who knows if that also has a problem, Not very recommended from my side

My phone came with a lot of scratches on the screen and did not come in the original box but just a plain white box. It did not have a manual. My battery capacity is also 85%.

the phone arrived in 48 hours and it was in a white phone box with a brand new charger and a sim card adapter, the phone came in with the plastic to peel off which was nice and the phone is working amazing the battery was at 91% which is pretty good but the phone is from Japan, so the camera shutter cannot be turned off which is pretty annoying so that's the reason I didn’t give my review 5 stars but if camera sound doesn’t bother you that I definitely recommend, just something to be aware of before purchasing. Other than that the phone looks and feels amazing!!

I ordered a iPhone XR from Canadian gadget and the battery came at 85 percent battery life.they should atleast put in a new battery considering I made over a 500 dollar purchase. So if your thinking about ordering a refurbished phone You might have to replace the battery when it gets in. DONT RECOMMEND!

camera sound is unable to turn off and it doesn’t tell you that anywhere in the description

When I bought the phone everything seemed fine at first, then after 4 days the phone just fell apart. LIKE LITERALLY FELL APART. I was extremely disappointed with this purchase and hopefully no one else goes through what I did.

I was using the iPhone and within the first 2 hours the silent mode was broken and face scan password wasn’t working, I’m wondering how I will be getting my money back
