I just purchased 2 Elitebook 840 G3 and when I received them I found out that these devices are being totally repaired from head to toe and amazingly there is no fingerprint sensor on the keyboard as the picture shows and description says!! there is a missing screw as well on the bottom of one of them and so many scratches on the exterior of both devices. what do you call it?!! Do not fall for the price or the picture you see here, that's my experience.

Don’t pay that laptop at All . It’s sold and shipped by other poetry if you look at the add carefully you will see that. It’s not by Best Buy . Before one month ends the screen become black. I went to the store to return or fix because there is one year warranty, but they didn’t because I bought it from fired poetry, and I don’t know how to contact them.

My laptop arrived with no instructions in the box and with a power cord that (besides being filthy) looked like it had been gnawed on by rats. Seriously, exposed copper wiring showing through in numerous places. When I wrote the company (Microcad) to ask them for a replacement cord (over two weeks ago) in an e-mail, complete with pictures they never responded at all. WHY WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY BUYING A LAPTOP... YOU CAN GET MATCHES FOR MERE PENNIES TO START A FIRE...?

This laptop arrived in a brown boxed properly packaged. The quality is fantastic and works like new. Great price point.

Laptop came in near perfect condition. It’s running well. My daughter is using it for school, streaming etc. Excellent customer service!

The laptop is older but if u guys want something that can hold up and runs as new u got to choose this u might think it have bad body but this is a killing machine believe me
