We purchased a refurbished HP desktop about 10 years ago, it was beginning to go down as windows 7 expired. As a passive computer user, refurbished is the only way to go. Searched bestbuy site, saw this gem for a more than reasonable price. She's up and running, beautiful design, very quiet, so far could not be more pleased.

I took a risk by purchasing from these guys and it really paid off. The PC is awesome in every respect. The shipping was fast as well. Very satisfied with my purchase. Thanks again!

Hi, I Received This Product Very Quickly And The Packaging Was Really Good. I Think It Shipped In Like 3 Days. When We Opened It It Looked Very New. I Was So Pleased. Then We Hooked It Up. We Looked For The Windows Activation Sticker And They Forgot To Put It On There. That's The But. At First We Panicked. Then One Of Us Called There Number. I didn't Get Why Everyone Said It Was Bad Support It Was Actually Really Good. It Was Around Closing Hours For Them Too. The Lady On The Phone Said Call Back Tomorrow And Give Me Some Of The Purchase Details And She Give Us A New Code. We Found One Online For Free , BUT They Were Still Very Helpful. The Computer Was Cheap And Very New The Only Outdated Type Part Is The Graphics Card Which Can Be Changed.Looks Nice On The Outside Runs Nice On The Inside And With A Good Monitor And New GPU It Can Be A Cheap Gaming PC. Next Time I Buy A Pc I'll Check Here First.

I know this might sound like a fake review. However, I am very impressed by this seller. Everything came as described and the window key activated windows 10. I purchased a similar refurbished desktop not the same spec. It is really clean. I opened up to desktop to upgrade the drive and everything look great even though it is a 5+ yr old computer. I would definitely buy it from this seller again.
