12 months in use and absolutely no complaint, incredible price when you get it as open box, battery life is crazy, I've never seen it drop below 60% in a day, with moderate use. Been reading the reviews here and have to laugh, for all the low ratings, get real and adjust your expectations, typical complainers that no-one really takes seriously.

I bought this phone on a whim since I had dropped my LG K9. So glad I did too! To clarify, I started buying LG's as I have been notorious for losing, dropping or downright screwing myself out of a phone. Rewind to last week and it was down to 2 choices - Samsung a10e or LG K20 - Now the phones I buy have to have the latest OS on them and not the GO Edition! All in short, Keep up the good work as you usually do, Samsung! I am glad to be home with my Samsung family I've come to know!! P.S; I do wish an icon was in the status/notification bar w/ the wifi, bluetooth, flashlight icons! Other than that not another complaint!

I am so amazed at how much you get in this phone for such of a low low price! the camera is what you would expect for this price and the face unlock is superbly fast. The display is beautiful and the infinity edge to edge display makes it feel like I am holding a flagship in my hands. The only two features I would add is the ability to make contactless purchases with samsung pay, and wireless charging. But otherwise, this is an amazing phone!

This phone was purchased 6 months ago. In Contacts it has no "Note" tab for new phone numbers as in other phones, to add information about the person or business. Also there's no "Mobile Number", Address tabs for the same Contact This phone has no magnet sensor to use with Android's Directal Compass App. At night you're traveling you loose your sense of direction all you need to know is if you're traveling the right direction.

I had a Samsung Galaxy A5 for 4 years and had no problems at all. This phone has some good features such as the full screen, size and easy to navigate. I had a A21 which was far too big, which is why I have this one. But the phone connection in the same area as the A5 is terrible. Sending a text is a great chore as the connection is so bad, never had that with A5. I thought this was an upgrade, but it it a retro instead.

If I could rate 0/5 stars I would. I had an aneurism trying to download a simple weather app. It was so difficult and google play didn’t cooperate at all. Takes forever to load anything on the phone. Takes horrible pictures, Couldn’t sync anything from my old Samsung to this one and tried to make multiple accounts to make work. Takes hours to do simple tasks that other phones take seconds to do. Horrible phone.

This phone's overall performance is so poor it shouldn't even be sold. The processor is 4 years old (comparable to the J7, released in early 2016), the screen is a TFT (LCD, not OLED), and the reception is atrocious. If a phone can't reliably receive or place calls or texts is it even a phone? The amount of lag due to the severely underpowered hardware is shocking. How did this make it past the design phase?

I bought the A10E as a second phone to use when going out for drinks or for camping or anytime I think my S9+ might get lost or damaged. The A10E has a really nice screen for consuming media. It also has Dolby Atmos, but only when using headphones. Overall, it's a nice phone, however battery life is less than I would have expected and the phone doesn't run multiple applications very well.

I received this phone today and I was happy with the results. At first I was hesitant about ordering a refurbished phone. This was the first time I have done so. When I opened up the box everything was there. When I inserted my SIM card from my previous phone the phone started going through the setup features. I would recommend ordering a similar phone from this provider.
