Second Screen
- September 23, 2017[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my LG V20 for more than just one reason. My favorite part of this item is the second screen. It let's me know when I have a incoming call without disrupting while I am writing an article. Also, I can use the second screen for dialing my family directly without searching for their names. I love the pull down menu as well, very nifty. The phone has a very smooth transitioning between different screen and applications, with out it freezing up. Also, it is wonderful to have the ability to replace the battery and micro sd card. It is very user friendly. I would recommend this product anytime with confidence to anyone. I used Samsung products before this model, and I can say that this model is awesome.

Great phone for power users
- December 28, 2017[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good fast phone no lag no matter how many apps you have open. Beautiful screen very bright can use in direct sunlight. True to life colors. I Love the replaceable battery. This LG V20 has so many features it’s hard to name them all. The IR Blaster remote control is very handy. Easy to take screen shots and add them to your QuickMemo+ to save for later. You can even add what tabs you want on the bottom of the screen, Up to five. It’s one of the best smartphones I’ve ever used it can take a lot of punishment very hard to break I’ve dropped mine face down on my hard wood floors and not a scratch. I love the Gorilla Glass 5 the feel is so smooth easy on your fingers yet tough. I gave my first one to my grandson and I can’t wait to get my new one because I feel lost without it. Just got an update to Android security patch level November 6, 2017 Software version US96610n, MDF v2.0 Release 4. So LG is still updating it. Easy to find cases for it also. The second screen wow at first I didn’t really know how handy it is but now it’s Awesome. You can add your favorite contacts to it, Your favorite apps too even make calls and receive calls or text messages and get notifications. Just a all around Awesome Smartphone that after using it the more you like it.

Great phone, works both in US and Europe
- May 17, 2018[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this phone for its large display, super fast operation, lack of freezing and any problems at all, and especially for the rare ability to be Verizon compatible without being bought from Verizon with all their bloatware. I use it under Verizon network in the USA and under any GSM network in Europe as it is compatible with both. It comes surprisingly clean from preinstalled apps as it is not sold by a carrier. It's always better to install what you need, not what someone else forces you to have. Though rooting of this particular phone is a bit of a headache, but if that's not a requirement you have it is a great, minimalistically contaminated with bloatware phone.

LAST of its kind - A Phone for the USERS !
- August 10, 2018[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was tired of waiting for the next hyped thing ..they were all newer, but not better than my old Sammy phone . Took a chance on a flat screen, replaceable battery phone and was not disappointed ! Have had for over a year now and ever no issues and just got Android Oreo ..it feels like a new phone. I enjoy the flagship experience every day and noticed how many features the V20 has that have now made it to others phones, like the dual cameras, always on screen, no physical home button and the fingerprint sensor on back .. Love my V20 and hope that LG will make another not glass back phone , that is not 18:9 ratio and isn't all hype ... but the real deal like my V20

Almost, but not quite, a 5-star phone
- September 27, 2017[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this about a two months ago, when the battery on my HTC M9 died. I REALLY like the ability to switch out batteries, plus the second screen gives me notifications without using much battery life when the screen is off. The camera is great. And the new price drop makes it a excellent value. Unfortunately, Sprint excludes most of the stock LG apps, including (most distressingly), the LG music player, which limits the use of the Quad DAC. Also, the phone is a little too big for my taste. All-in-all though, it's still a 4-star plus phone - with just enough little things (to me) to not quite make it to 5 stars.

Good phone, not intuitive settings
- March 9, 2018[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Flagship from 2 yrs ago was better price than competition. Settings not intuitive, must go to google each time I need to change things. Pro: nice size 5.7. Battery much better than reviews, can get 2 days. Good price for flagship level device even though 2 yrs legacy. Reasonable improvement in signal strength from galaxy 3. Replaceable battery. Strong aircraft aluminum body (just won’t fly) vs crack prone glass body. Con: Disappointing choices for cases, not lg issue. Screen less color saturated than Samsung. Settings not intuitive, must go to google each time I need to change things, annoying.

Screen is the weakness...
- September 23, 2017[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At 8 months of ownership I almost gave this phone a solid 5 stars, but at the 9th month the screen started to have image retention issues that goes away similar to screen burn in. Research LG V20 image retention. I am concerned to send it in for warranty as they will not be able to reproduce issue or i will get back a refurbished unit or they will say it is normal. Phone is fast and snappy. I wish it was AMOLED screen so if you had a clock screen saver only those pixels will come on, but no, with the LG V20 a clock screen saver a small one causes the entire backlight of the screen to come on and it is annoying. Can someone just make a phone that works now and in 18 months later? Anyone?

Best Camera EVER
- July 10, 2018[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this phone for a couple of months now, its by far my favorite phone I have ever owned. I have a online store buisness selling different products. I take tons of photos daily. probably a average of 20 photos and 20-30 screenshots every single day. The photos are unbelievably fabulous, to the exact T! The colors are perfectly matched. You put the camera shot next to the real item no difference. Clear as a bell. The video recording is the same. This phone has saved me so much time w out having to edit each photo for more clarity and the true color of the real item. I also have small hhands and this phone fits perfect! Not to mention i am very clumsy and i have broken, chipped and shattered more phones by dropping them its unbelievable. I have dropped this phone over and over again not one single scratch!!!! I have no other screen protector or case, factory version i left the store with.

Amazing Feature Rich Phone
- September 26, 2017[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this device back in February and I'm so happy with my purchase. Love the multiple camera features available. Including the wide angle feature on the front facing camera. Like the fact that this is one of the few phones that still has an IR port. And lastly the HD music output thanks to the quad DAC. Few months ago after having my phone on me for a rock scrambling trip, the vibrator feature stopped working. I was about to send the phone in to LG for repairs since it was covered by the 1 yr default warranty. But didn't have to since the vibrator feature started working again.

- October 26, 2017[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Phone is really impressive. I came from Windows Mobile, a Lumia 950XL; after Microsoft shut it down, I decided it was time to move to Android, and wanted a phone similar in size to the 950XL, with a good camera and battery life. I have not been disappointed. And, the V20 is smooth and very easy to use. I really dig the size and battery. The LG skin over Android takes a bit to get used to, but frankly, I now really like the built-in LG email and texting apps. Downside for this model - no android security updates. Not a big deal for me, but it may be for some people. If you are emphatic regarding security updates, then you may want to look elsewhere. My model is still on the December, 2016 update.
