We purchased a backup rechargeable battery just in case and I’m honestly shocked at the battery life! We live in an apartment complex so our ring goes off very frequently with the amount of people walking passed our door. We still have not had to change the first battery! The quality of the charge is amazing!!! Highly Recommend this product!

Ring quick release is the best combination to Ring Doorbell. As it lasts me for 1 month and I have 2 sets to change from. Bit pricy, but there are great benefits. Charging time is 3 to 4 hours, but it's worth it to last for a month. Safe to use and comes with nice orange charging cable. Love the great colour and best quality, also compatible with the process. Easy to use and install. Well worth the price. Recommended to family and friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the battery to have a backup one because the original one had to be charged and as it was charging it was nothing recording. It's always good to have backup. Especially when traveling. It also comes with its own wire to charge.

Good battery's, that last a pretty long time. Depending on your settings you might have to charge it once a week. I've had ours for 4 years and only had to get one new battery and that was our fault.
