[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We researched refrigerators for a while and decided Samsung was our choice. Lots of models to choose from and this one seems to fit our needs the most, especially considering our space limitations. And we have other Samsung kitchen appliances so that helped our choice. The fridge was delivered today and the purchase/delivery experience with Best Buy was exceptional!!! The fridge fits perfectly and it’s cooling down now in prep for groceries. Agree with past reviews that the protective plastic/tape is a pain to remove but it did the job and we have zero scratches. I found that a wooden toothpick helped to remove the plastic from tight crevices. We will update review later after we live with fridge for few days.

The other reviews were pretty accurate. The light only in the front makes the back dark. The shelfs not being very adjustable takes some getting used to. The worst part of the fridge has been the SmartThings app and taking the plastic off of the stainless steel surface. The Samsung SmartThings app requires your precise location in order to add a refrigerator, which is unnecessary. The app also prompts "Do more with SmartThings by adding Nest devices." I dismiss the prompt but it comes up every time I open the app. Remove the location requirement and stop with the constant prompts. For unboxing you will spend a lot of time peeling the plastic off the stainless steel. Unfortunately the plastic is crimped into the edges so it's impossible to get all the plastic off and just looks bad (see pictures). Also my top shelf glass was chipped.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After careful consideration my wife and I was looking for something dependable and would not break the bank and this fridge covers both. We love the indoor water pitcher and 2 different size ice options in the freezer.

This refrigerator has very very poor quality stainless steel. It dance extremely easily. I live here by myself. It’s ridiculous… I absolutely hate it. I would not recommend I had no idea it would be so cheap. I’ve had other products before and had bought this about 15 months ago along with other appliances and everything else is fine and my old stuff wasn’t bad. Horrified had no idea it was so cheaply made.. It’s hard to show in pictures. The site‘s not letting me upload any pictures now it’s 15 months old purchased through Home Depot. Don’t buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased a RF25C5551SR/AA refrigerator, and after one month of use, I have been quite pleased I went with this model. It's a unique, and uniquely sized fridge that offers a nice balance of size, style, features, and functionality. I was working with a space that had a limited width of 34.5" due to a wall, and I wanted a fridge with a filter, as well as an ice-maker housed in the freezer compartment (based on recommendations from consumer/repair-man reviews). Although Samsung's manuals state that this line of refrigerators needs 2.5-3.75" of space on a wall facing side of a door in order for it to open, because this model doesn't have handles and the design of its door hinge, I was able to install it with 1.5" of space on the wall side (which still falls within the parameters of space for it to operate & cool properly). In doing so, I can open the wall facing door a full 90° and this actually works well when using the extremely convenient beverage station; the only limiting factor being I can't fully remove the center bottom or left-hand drawer for cleaning purposes, but they remain completely functional, and I can change easily exchange the water filter. Beyond this, the unit keeps items exceptionally cool and has operated without issue. If I had one complaint to note, I wish the main compartment shelves had more options to adjust, primarily due to the items I purchase. Tall items like milk or larger bottles do store nicely in the door opposite of the beverage station, but door space is limited, and such items have to be laid down in the main storage area if space runs out. Center shelves can be removed to accommodate larger items, so you do have alternative configuration options. Moving on to the freezer, it has performed outstandingly. The ice-maker has ran without issue, and I must admit, I am a big fan of the ice-bites (miniature ice cubes). There is ample storage space for 2 people/small family, and the compartments make for efficient organization. Overall, this has been a pleasant upgrade to my kitchen, and I have yet to have any regrets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the water dispenser inside the refrigerator door ( quart pitcher that automatically refills when placed back in door ). Love the ice-maker inside the freezer drawer ( makes two different sized cubes, each with its own separate bin and ice scooper. Like that the refrigerator doors don’t automatically close up on you when they are opened. Has an audible chime when doors are left open too long. Like the electronic touch controls for setting temperatures, and turning the water “auto-fill” and “Ice-maker” on or off. Love how it runs absolutely quiet…makes almost no sound. Like how Freezer door closes automatically. Like that the stainless surface is magnetic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I looked at every fridge possible and this is the best one yet! Save your time and go for this one if you are working with a more narrow space Width wise. It is a bit taller than our space was due to cabinets above it, but we honestly just took the cabinets out because we don’t use them much anyway. The beverage center and auto fill pitcher is 100% worth it and a total game changer. You can get water instantly without having to press the button and wait for the water to fill up, but you have the option to anyway! The delivery was super swift and easy, which was perfect for us because our first order attempt was with Home Depot and the driver just drove off and wouldn’t listen to us when we were guiding him for parking. Total mess. So I highly recommend this fridge! The pitcher doesn’t fill up alll the way, but it still fills up my big water bottle in one go. I would recommend the French door fridge over the side by side.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this fridge. We had to go with a slim model, because we only have a small space that cant be widened. This fit snug, but with enough room for airflow. It is quiet as a mouse, unless its yelling at you to shut it. But honestly its an adequate amount of time before it does. The in dooor water dispenser and pitcher are fabulous. I love the pitcher! I can fill my coffee maker and thirsti machine with ease! The refill is quick and the filter helps with the water flavor a bunch. 2 different kinds of ice is actually very useful and i feel even with the bigger section for ice, i still have a bunch of room for my frozen goods. They have a couple small sections by the water pitcher that i put my squeeze ginger and garlic and a couple butter sticks in. Its easy to clean, inside and out. I also have a 2.5 yo kiddo who loved to open our old fridge, but he cant even open this one with the lack of handles! He also enjoys the water dispenser, so im thankful i chose the internal beverage center. Overall, i am in love with this fridge and my only hope is that it lasts a long time.

When this refrigerator arrived, it was smaller than I expected. I was worried it wouldn’t work for my household. Turned out the size of this fridge works great. I'm impressed by its compact, modern and sleek design. Despite its size, it has a large capacity that is quite deceptive. The SpaceMax™ Technology, allows so much extra storage space without sacrificing energy efficiency. We can fit plenty of food and have yet to run out of space. Two of my favorite components are The Beverage Center and the Dual Auto Ice Make. R with Ice Bites™. I love the water dispenser and AutoFill Water Pitcher that are located inside the door versus the exterior. We use the pitcher every day to fill the coffee maker, kettle and other items that are not so easy to fill. I have also infused watermelon in the fruit filter that comes as part of the lid, and that was delicious! The ice maker is in the freezer drawer. Being that it is actually in a freezer, you will not have issues with a in-door ice dispenser freezing up that has been a common issue with many other refrigerators with door icemakers. It's also convenient to have ice, in two separate sizes. I also like the secret drawer by the filter, where I store butter & deli items. Which is another example of a good use of space. Some very minor areas that I noticed are: the glass shelves do not appear to be adjustable. The shelves are connected all the way across the inside. Therefore, you cannot make one side taller than the other to fit taller items. (At least I couldn’t figure it out) All taller items fit inside the door shelves, including a gallon of milk, so there is designated space for it. However, the tempered glass and spill-proof shelves with LED lighting adds to the overall convenience and accessibility of the fridge. I also would prefer if it had more smart features. I appreciate that it has Wi-Fi, and I can monitor the temp control from my phone, but that’s about it. There are so many more possibilities with this feature. The Fingerprint Resistant Stainless Steel is also a great feature in theory, however, I have noticed that fingerprints still appear. Overall, the Samsung 25 cu. ft. 3-Door French Door Refrigerator with Beverage Center™ & AutoFill Water Pitcher RF25C5551SR has been an excellent addition to our kitchen. Key areas for me are its compact size with a large capacity; the convenient built-in features, such the water pitcher and dual ice options, the modern and sleek design and its energy efficiency

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have searched a year for a French door refrigerator that would fit our space. We were glad we found this Samsung unit. It checked off all the boxes. French doors; water dispenser and dual ice maker. The water dispenser and pitcher are inside the door. The dual ice maker makes two sizes of ice. It does not make craft ice, but we really in joy the smaller size ice for drinks and filling water bottles. We have had the unit for 2 months and have no problems. I would recommend this unit to those who do not need an extra large refrigerator. The team who delivered, installed this unit and took away our old refrigerator were very careful not to damage our freshly painted walls and new cabinets.
