    I bought a dryer from Samsung. Two months later I did not have heat. I called Samsung customer service and told them I did not have the bill of sale at the time as it was misplaced. They gave me a number to get it serviced. When I called back, after I found the bill, I tried to get reimbursed. They said I did not qualify for a reimbursement because I did not have the bill when I called the first time!!! Even the repairman said that Samsung is horrible for their warranties. Poor customer service and I will never buy Samsung again.
