How much does it cost?

If you live within a major urban area scheduled delivery costs $49.99 for TVs, Large Furniture, and Mattresses and $79.99 for Appliances.

When will my delivery date be scheduled?

Your delivery date will be automatically scheduled after placing your order. You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date.

How to prepare for your delivery:

TVs

What we do:

Our delivery team will open the box and give you the opportunity to inspect your new TV. But they won't plug the unit into a power source and turn it on.

Please note: Delivery teams do not disconnect your old TV from wall mounts, put on existing stands or provide any installations.

What you do:

  • Clear the delivery path of any obstacles* 
  • Unplug your old TV from the wall and disconnect it from other components* 
  • Ensure a person 18 years or older is available to accept your delivery during your scheduled time window

*Doesn't apply to remote deliveries because they are only delivered to the door.

Mattresses

What we do:

Our delivery team will unwrap your new unit and lay in place on the existing rails/frame.

Please note: Mattresses are manufactured to bend up to 30 degrees from flat—if you would like the delivery team to attempt a delivery exceeding this limit, they may ask you to sign a release in case the product or property is damaged.

Cardio Equipment Bundles

What we do: 

One delivery person will take the item as far as your doorstep/ apartment door in condo and will not uncrate or assemble cardio equipment.

Please note: Call us at the phone number in the confirmation email if your front door is at the top of more than 2 flights of stairs from the street level and there is no accessible elevator. Additional charges may apply.

Dishwashers

What we do: 

Our delivery team offers drop-off service only and will not uncrate or connect built in dishwashers.

What you do:

  • Clear the delivery path of any obstacles*
  • Unplug your old appliance from the wall and disconnect it from other components*
  • Ensure a person 18 years or older is available to accept your delivery during your scheduled time window

Need installation or recycling? 

Our appliance delivery specialists will call you post purchase and you can add installation or recycling at that time.

Freezers

What we do:

  • Move your old freezer to another room in your house or outside for disposal (unless it violates municipal regulations -- please check your local regulations)
  • Place the new product where requested and connect the power

What you do:

  • Clear the delivery path of any obstacles*
  • Unplug your old appliance from the wall and disconnect it from other components*
  • Ensure a person 18 years or older is available to accept your delivery during your scheduled time window

Gas Appliances

What we do:

Our delivery team will place and level the product where requested.

Please note: Gas Appliances typically require special installation from a professional.

Over the range Microwaves & Vent Hoods

What we do:

Our delivery team offers drop-off service only and will not uncrate or connect microwaves or install vent hoods to power.

  • Ensure a person 18 years or older is available to accept your delivery during your scheduled time window

Refrigerators

What we do:

  • Move your old fridge to another room in your house or outside for disposal (unless it violates municipal regulations -- please check your local regulations)
  • Place and level your product where requested

  • Unplug your old appliance from the wall and disconnect it from other components*
  • Ensure a person 18 years or older is available to accept your delivery during your scheduled time window

Washer/Dryer (electric)

What we do:

  • Move your old washer and/or dryer to another room in your house or outside for disposal (unless it violates municipal regulations -- please check your local regulations)
  • Place and level the product where requested, connect the proper metal dryer venting kit and only install dryers on compatible pedestals
  • Connect to existing hot and cold waterlines and drain, only if new hoses are used
  • Remove the shipping bolts and give them to you
