[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a lap top that did not work. I called the HP customer service and they were not very helpful and promised a return call that did not come. I returned the computer as I knew I was a bit gun shy, even when they wanted to fix it at the store. I think it would have all been okay if the computer had been working correctly, but customer service seemed to think I was doing something wrong. I will say that the store was absolutely wonderful and refunded my money cheerfully with many apologies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bookcase was pretty easy to put together and looks good once assembled. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was the piece that goes on the back had a deep crease so it's obvious it isn't wood when looking at it. Also, some of the nails came through when putting the back piece on, although I guess this is a potential problem with any furniture that needs assembly. Definitely need to secure to the wall so it doesn't tip over.

This took forever to assemble, partly because the side panels are each in 2 pieces, rather than 1 long side each, right and left.This also makes it less stable, with a separate top and bottom half. It's only cherry veneer, but it was on sale for a good price, and it's now functionally useful. Wish the shipping had been more efficient -- it was a very long wait.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to go in a closet for extra storage. Easy to assemble, and sturdy for the price. Cons - there was a small gouge on the unit. Since it's in a closet that was not a big deal, but would have been if I was using it in a room. I'm also not a fan of the cardboard type back but that's what you get in this price range. Perfect for what I needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased 2 of these bookshelves. I only ended up receiving one because the other one was so damaged upon delivery that it had to be sent back. Overall it's easy to put together and looks nice. The back panel is a little crooked so it took some adjusting to get it to fit well and nail it in. Otherwise I would recommend it. You can't beat the price.

Easy to put together because I had an easy to understand assembly instruction sheet to guide me. They look great framing the bar in my den. One thing that was missing, though, was the card with screw covers. Neither of the two bookcases had them. I did request a few weeks ago that they be sent to me. I have not received them yet.

The only other thing is you have to line it up perfectly or there will be a gap. (PS, do not put super glue on it, it eats away and turns it white)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's not the sturdiest bookcase of all time, but it does the job, especially at the price. It's relatively easy to assemble and all the pieces and hardware fit together well. It's a good choice for anyone on a budget.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You get what you paid for, so there isn't a back panel except for a cardboard. Easy to assemble but having two people is much less stressful than when I just did it myself.
