[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being a 107lb., 4'10" Senior women, it strengthened, tightened & defined my upper arms & thighs, along with my glutes!

The Magic Circle with DVD there is no Magic, you have to do the work yourself and this spring band will help as you tone your muscles, not sure of all the benefits yet. But, after watching the DVD I had a better grasp on what is expected of me. The DVD playback sometimes showed error message skipping over damaged area I don't know if the DVD is defective or that my 17" MacBook Pro 4,1 2008 is just that obsolete but instruction on the DVD moves a little fast for beginners so I employed the pause control and playback froze and the error message displayed.When I press play to continue instruction nothing so stop eject start over or REBOOT yes tis product is worth the time and effort required to increase your health or Wellbeing yes I would recommend this product no I don't have any friends or colleagues.

I started using this in my weights class, and decided it would be great for travel. It is lightweight, and takes up little room in a suitcase. It you have access to weights (ie: cruise ship), just add the Magic Circle to your routine. If weights aren't available, you can still use it keep toned.

The Aeropilates Magic Circle is able to work all of you muscle groups, both on the reformer and on a mat or couch. It provides resistance & strengthens your muscles, including your core. It is also light & portable. Great accessory!

I go to pilates classes in studio, and occasionally we use tge magic circle. I was happy to find yhat i could purchase one for home use. Very happy with my purchase the included DVD shows many exercises you can use it for.

The ring is great. I love the DVD but she moves so quickly that I can keep up. I am sure it will be better once I have used it to work out several times. Also, she shows how to use the ring n a reformer, which I dont have.

I bougjt this a month ago and have loved using it! It's easy to use and gives you that little extra push to target different muscles. I also like how they have floor exercises with it as well as using it on the machine!

I am enjoying using this at home. It is the exact same ring that my pilates reformer teacher uses. It is great to have it at home and for use when we travel. It is sturdy and flexible.

First used product at physical therapy to help restore my core strength, thought having one at home would be even better. Plus, have found many other ways to use product.

The Magic Circle works as expected. It's just like the one I use at my Pilates studio. The DVD is not very helpful. It goes from very simple to extremely difficult.
