It was great to put the baby to sleep, however build quality is lacking, the ottoman is breaking in half from where we put our feet and I don't think it's long for this world. It's not like we were jumping on the thing, we simply lay our feet on it and one day it just broke (is press board so I guess that's why)

A family member purchased this crib for our room. very comfortable, only complain is the color. they purchased the Espresso with gray swirl seat covers. as you can tell by the picture, it has a very distinctive red tint to it and to me is not an espresso color whatsoever.. the color is an eyesore and to me.. sticks out like a sore thumb in the nursery.

It's a very well made product and I highly recommend it to you as a new mom, whether you're still pregnant or your little one is here.It will get a lot of daily use once he arrives. It's really comfortable.

Trying to get replacement parts is rediculous! The arm covers wear out badly! Theres a piece of misshapen foam in there, when you wash it - like youre suppose to be able to - it gets deformed! Trying to replace these covers is impossible. You have to do tap dances to get ahold of anyone!

received this for a baby shower gift, put it together about a month ago - its already falling apart and it hard gets used.. found a button from the back cushion on the seat the other day. other than maybe not the best quality comfortable and looks nice.

Purchased this glider and ottoman for my daughter-in-law and son for their nursery and they were very pleased with it. She said it was very comfortable and she loved the colors together of the light wood and light fabric. I sat it in before taking it to them and felt as thought all of the cushions were quite appropriate, except the seat cushion. It could have been a bit thicker in my opinion, but she noted that it was perfect, and she is the one who will be using it the most. I have a much older version of this style of rocker, but without the arm cushions with the pockets, and I must say, that would have been wonderful when I was using mine for all those years.

I am extremely satisfied with my nursing chair. The ergonomics are exceptional, providing perfect back support during long nursing sessions. The upholstery is incredibly soft and comfortable, allowing me to fully relax. The gentle rocking function is a wonderful bonus, helping to soothe both the baby and me. Additionally, the sleek design perfectly complements the nursery decor. I highly recommend this chair to any mother seeking comfort and style during breastfeeding.

Relieved today and assembled, overall so far a good product. No broken pieces and assembly was easy. Complains: material covers on the chair matched. The ottoman color if off from the rest of the product. One of the installed snaps was misplaced and had to create a new hole and move it. Was easy enough but I worry that this fix won't last long. Tie ends of the cushioned are unfinished which may promote the ties to wear and fray.

Appearance: Clean. Structure: Typical glider rocker. Assembly: Rather simple with only the back and arms to attach. The snap buttons to keep the arm covers on must be screwed in tightly to the max so the head of the small screw doesn’t prevent the snap buttons from working. A four star rating because of the very tight tolerances for the placement of the snaps placement on the arm rest fabric. If there is a need to wash the arm rest fabric it would probly be a very good idea to NOT put it in the dryer. I bought the insurance also because of the seemingly common occurrence of the glider ball bearing structures to go bad. The seat was comfortable enough but some may not think so.

I just ordered this product and I went to set it up. The right arm piece was giving me trouble going in but I eventually got it in place. I went to put the cushions on and the right armrest cushion won’t go into the button part on the back outside. The button on the chair itself looks broken and will not attach. Not to mention all the dents and marks in the chair itself as well.
