    Delivered in a timely fashion. It was exactly as advertised. The leather strap is much more comfortable than the original silicone strap that came with my Fitbit. I also liked the packaging. The pouch (with two pockets for the two halves of the strap) was perfect for storing the old strap. The card that came with it said to contact them if one wasn't satisified and they would resolve any issues — a nice policy.
