The dumbbell adjusts from 5 to 52 lbs.

Replaces up to 30 dumbbells.

Change weights in 2.5 lb increments up to 52.5 lbs. No assembly required.

Simply turn the circular dial on both ends of the dumbbell when they are sitting in the base.

Choose the exact same weight setting on both ends. Then pull up the dumbbell handle and voila!

This adjustable dumbbell will allow you to perform countless exercises including, bench press, shoulder press, bicep curls, flys, lateral raises, shrugs, dumbbell rows and so much more!

Weight Increments: 2.5kg, 3.5kg, 4.5kg, 5.5kg, 6.5kg, 8kg, 9kg, 10kg, 11.5kg, 13.5kg, 16kg, 18kg, 20.5kg, 22.5kg, & 24kg. Total 15 Sets.
