How To Prepare

  • Ensure the Geek Squad Agent(s) have a safe and clear space to work when they arrive at your home
  • If you are already in possession of the TV (such as a case where it was delivery prior to the arrival of Geek Squad), ensure it is immediately adjacent to the installation location
  • Make sure you have your wireless network password ready before the Geek Squad Agent(s) arrive as they will need it when setting up your TV
  • Remove any obstacles around the mounting area in your home
