Its 3-stage auger and cross blade grind beef, pork, chicken, fish and vegetables, and the kit includes 6mm and 8mm plates, 3 sausage tubes and a kibbe attachment. Not suitable for bones or frozen meat. Removable parts are dishwasher-safe; the main body wipes clean only.

The Uargd HC-12D commercial electric meat grinder is a #12 meat mincer built for home kitchens, restaurants, butcher shops and sausage-making setups. It grinds beef, pork, chicken and fish, and also handles vegetables and chili peppers for burgers, meat sauces, sausages, meatballs and other minced-meat recipes.

·Rated capacity: the 750W (1 HP) pure copper motor is rated by Uargd at up to 9.2 lbs of meat per minute; the 3-stage auger and cross-shaped steel blade work together for consistent, smooth grinding.

·Complete accessory kit: 2 cross blades (one pre-installed), a 6mm grinding plate and an 8mm grinding plate (pre-installed), a kibbe attachment, 3 sausage stuffing tubes (8mm, 10mm, 20mm) and a meat pusher.

·Stable, cooled operation: a quick cold-air cooling mechanism dissipates heat (45-minute continuous working time per Uargd's specification sheet), anti-slip foot pads keep the unit steady, and a locking knob firmly secures the grinding head during use.

·Important limitation: not suitable for processing bones or frozen meat.

·Cleaning: the blades, grinding plates, sausage tubes, grinding head, auger and meat pan are dishwasher-safe. Do not submerge or rinse the main body; wipe its surface clean with a dry cloth.
