· Boat Throttle Control: Our side-mounted outboard remote control kit is compatible with Mercury PT outboard motors (2 strokes). It's made from aluminum ADC2+ASA within a cast aluminum housing and an ABS shell handle that resists cracking. The plastic button ensures firm and reliable operation. The Mercury boat throttle control box is more robust and withstands multiple push-pull maneuvers.
· Smooth Operation: Press the neutral release button to shift into gear, push forward to move forward, and push back to move backward. The front-end friction adjustment knob provides personalized control over throttle operation, allowing you to manage speed and thrust with precision. Additionally, the boat throttle control has a cold start air-oil ratio adjustment function that ensures reliable operation in extreme temperatures.
· Trim and Tilt Switch: Enhance your boating experience with the power trim and tilt switch directly on the control lever handle. This design allows for easy adjustment of the stern engine's position, aiding in cargo loading/unloading and preventing prolonged engine immersion. · Emergency Stop Switch Lanyard: Our outboard engine throttle control box includes an emergency stop switch lanyard. This lanyard halts the engine automatically if the driver is unexpectedly displaced, preventing accidents. The lanyard can securely attach to the driver's waistband or wrist for added security.
· 16.3 ft Control Cable: Our remote control box has a 16.3 ft/4970 mm long harness with an 8-pin plug and a 4-pin plug. And a 9.4"/240 mm cable with a 5-pin plug and 4-pin connector for the meter connection, ensuring ample reach for remote power supply setups. Crafted from durable thermoplastic insulation material, these harnesses are built to last. During installation, turn off the ignition, remove the key, and disconnect all cables and power.
