my phone kept losing volume to the point I could not hear the person on the other end, I found a slight shake of the phone returned the volume to normal BUT it continued to lose volume quite often, I exchanged the phone for another one and had the same problem. I contacted customer service and they recommend I exchange the phone again. Not a satisfactory solution to me.

Not a very good product. The base stopped working in less that 4 months, and without the original packaging, there is no warranty. Who keeps packaging like this for over 4 months??

VERY POOR SYSTEM. SOUND QUALITY IS VERY VERY POOR. WOULD NOT LET ME INSTALL A SPEED DIAL NUMBER IN ONE OF THE HAND SETS.

It is ok, but the problem is there is message new voice mail.but if I go on message there is no message, don’t know how to delete that , tried deleting message,everything,is not working. I am thinking to return this, please help me to delete that voicemail recording. Don’t understand why voice mail and message,two things, Thanks

Does what it does, phone calls and answering machine.

Considering it’s mostly Seniors who purchase landline phones, this phone does not provide for Seniors’ needs! The phone is narrow, slippery to hold, and has a narrow screen with small fonts. Screen background and number pad are dimly lit plus small number keys makes dialing difficult. Also, there is no speakerphone on this model.

No speaker phone on it and the buttons feel tougher in the sense that you need to push a little harder, but otherwise it works great. Clear sound, doesn't distort our wifi or anything else. I love that it had three headsets, which is what we needed.

Replaced a similar product that was 25y.o. As the building have an antiquated door entry, a landline connect telephone is required. I only had it for less than three weeks so really can't give a review as to how it actually works. But a 3 works.

Great phone if your on a budget it has an excellent answering machine system feature which was the initial reason i went looking for a new phone set to purchase. Overall great unit for the price cant complain God bless.

Phone was easy to install and menu easy to work with. Answering machine is good and the price was good. But there is no speakerphone on handsets. Look carefully on the options when you are looking for phones to buy.
