【Warm Tips】:
1.In Display 1 and Display 2, HDMI and DisplayPort ports cannot be used simultaneously, thus, only one port in each video stream group is available.
2.2.4GHz wireless devices (such as wireless keyboard/mouse receivers Bluetooth and Wi-Fi adapters) may not work in the USB 3.0 ports. That should be caused by the USB 3.0 interface. Please try to use the USB 2.0 extension cable/hub to keep the wireless receiver/adapter away from the docking station.
3.Please note that HDMI or DisplayPort video cables are not included in the package. You will need to provide your own cables to connect to your external monitors.
4.This is a DisplayLink-powered dock and is NOT plug-and-play. To enable video output, it is essential to download and install the latest driver from the official DisplayLink website before use. For macOS users, please also allow 'Screen Recording' permission in your System Settings for the displays to function.
